“I was ecstatic with the work completed for me at Mach 1. When I bought my VW Jetta it did not have tint and I knew with it being a black car it not only needed tint but it needed ceramic tint. All of my concerns were answered and I felt confident with my choices. I am leaving this review a year and a half since I received the tint and it has not aged one bit. “I had my car ceramic coated a year ago and I am in the Carlsbad store getting the annual touch-up service. I was skeptical when I had the ceramic applied a year ago, but now I am the biggest fan possible for this treatment process. I used to spend hours and hours maintaining the wax on my cars, but now this ceramic is so much better. The car stays cleaner, longer and the surface is so slippery and smooth that nothing sticks to it. I can drive my car in the rain and when I get it home, it still looks clean because no dirt stuck to the paint! It's really unbelievable. A special shout out to Jessica that works at the front desk at Ceramic Carlsbad. She REALLY knows her stuff, and is very knowledgeable about all things related to cars. I was very impressed watching her handle issues with customers while I waited for my car today. I will be back next year.”
