Went it to look at a preowned GT. Worked with Tami who was such a pleasure and provided me only with what i asked and zero of the trying to sell me. Getting me pros and cons and every considerable option explained made it easy to walk out with a new car for which I had not planned- great experience and makes me want to go back to dealerships again- far cry from the stereotypical experience we associate when going to buy from a dealer- thanks

We moved to Audi Carlsbad from another local Audi dealership and it was the best experience. Paul was incredibly patient and never pressured us. Best of all the service department is amazing! CJ and Ray were helpful, great communication. I was in/out with a ride home in less than 5 min. This was the first time in 10 years of owning Audis that we feel the experience lives up to the quality of the car.

Provided assistance as soon as I walked in the door. No sales pressure. I left on Saturday saying that we needed to think about what car we wanted to buy. Again, no pressure to make a decision, just thanks for coming in. Went back the next day and purchased a car. There were 4 people helping us. Closing time was 6:00 and we left at 8:00 after all of the paperwork was completed.

If you like quality and value design then you should try an Audi, they are very expensive but the old adage of getting what you want pay for comes in. Service costs allot for most people, but everything costs in California

My review is for the service dept. Raymond C, is one of the best service advisors in the industry, and an even better person. I had my first service with him almost 10 years ago, and he was honest, genuine and very kind to my needs. So much so that all these years later, I had my fiance , visit him with her Q3 , she doesn’t really like car service, but I knew, to send her to Ray. She texted me back today, “ OMG RAY IS SO NICE AND HE EVEN FOUND OUT MY SERVICE WAS INCLUDED IN MY CAR HISTORY , HES AWESOME “. We bought 2 Audis from Audi San Diego with months and was referring my sister to buy a 3rd , until the salesman Nabi, sold the car we were suppose to by on our scheduled appt that was confirmed by phone 30 min prior. Il never buy from them again, wrote the GM, he didn’t reply.Hoehn Porsche ignored me , when I had the Macan oil leak, so I went to SD Porsche, they took care of me, followed that service manager to Range Rover. Went to Range Rover SD bought a Sport, emailed GM , he replied thank you. Thus, I was loyal to those that were to me,customer service makes or breaks any business. All of this was said to say, Raymond is hands down, one of the best customer service and service advisors one could ask for, a total asset to any corporation that is lucky enough to have him.Audi Carlsbad is our go to service dept. Have a great day, Ray and thanking you for taking care of me and my family as always . You are amazing!
