Beware. They deserve a 0000 rating. They are taking the money from 2 of my credit cards.
I asked to transfer payments from one to the other and they never cancelled the 1st one. Now they refuse to credit our 1st card.
It's been 9 months and nothing. This is outright fraud.

Shame on me for not doing my research on this company before purchasing! I ASSUMED because we purchased their product from Best Buy they were a reputable company. I canceled my subscription 2 months ago and they are continuously charging my account AND trying to get customer service is a JOKE…..doesn’t exist!

At this point I'm planning to buy a whole new system, I have 4 cameras and a station and I can only use 2 and no way to get someone to ask why or how or anything, the lack of customer and technical service is impressive.
