I had an unusual request to have a simple 250 amp, "AIR" cooled TIG torch made. As the knowledgable, thorough and discriminating shopper that i am, i knew this was a highly unusual yet a possible product to make. Only 3 people on planet earth knew this was possible, the COO of Arc Zone, only one of their many employees and myself. On the internet and in person, at 6 different welding supply stores, I hunted high and low for this thing. During my exhaustive search for this "Unicorn Torch", Every so called knowledgeable person i spoke with about this 250amp air cooled TIG torch said "NO...THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE". I was treated like some kind of kook by many so called "Experts". Well, in the competent hands of Arc Zone, i had this 250amp air cooled TIG torch made and delivered in quick order. I just fired it up on my Everlast 250ex TIG machine, using 5/32 tungsten and a monster cup nozzle. It works flawlessly and better than expected at a fair price. As us expert welders know, We know perfection when we see it, and I've seen it in Arc Zone !

I found Arc-Zone on Google and they have the best prices on CKWorldwide Tungsten, so I placed an order for 3 packages of 10. Unfortunately it turned out they were out of stock on one size, and it delayed shipping.Once I noticed shipping had been delayed I called the store and spoke with Jonie. She explained the situation and gave me a few options to help expedite my order. I opted to take the 3 packages of 3, 1/16" Tungsten and to compensate me for the 1 missing Tungsten she hooked me up with one of their awesome Arc-Zone T-shirts, some cool stickers, and a pack of M&Ms to sweeten the deal.Needless to say I'm extremely pleased with their customer service, and will definitely be telling everyone about it. I'm very much looking forward to doing business with them again in the future!!

Arc Zone is my go-to place for high tech welding information, products and videos. The artwork by featured metalcrafters if Phenomenal. I particularly liked the artist that TIG welds Titanium and can manipulate the heat to get different effects. Love you guys!!

When I couldn’t find some CK pieces to convert my Multimatic 220 to water cooled, they worked with CK to round up all of the correct pieces to make the conversion a breeze. Quick easy, I ordered a #14 Monster. Oh baby what a nice cup with the pre made diffuser. Wasn’t even expecting a mid size back or a button cap, but what a nice touch. Plus who does like M&M’s.

Purchased the Arc Zone Sharpie and Arc Zone Pro 110lb table top welding position w/ 4” chuck and purge kit recently, some of the highest quality products on the market. The Sharpie has cut down tungsten grinding by over half and saved me from having to purchase a separate bench grinder for just tungsten. Their welding position is top notch, great reduced my time total fab time.
