We had such a positive and smooth loan and escrow experience with Mark Luciani's team! Mark is hands-down amazing. He's very professional and knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all of our questions (even when we had questions after hours). After our dream condo went on the market on a Friday, we had a whirlwind experience of pre-approval/making an offer by Sunday. His efficiency and flexibility regarding working with us after hours is very likely the reason we were able to get our offer accepted on our first home. While being first-time homebuyers was a bit nerve-wracking, I felt absolutely confident that we had the best team in our corner.
