Was unprofessional on the phone when I requested a quote. Didn’t even want the service anymore. And I don’t have the wrong shop. Stop trying to make it seem like I have the wrong place.
You said you don’t offer the service. I was trying to get a windshield replacement which is CRAZY because that’s the name of your company. I was not comfortable with giving you the VIN through text. It’s as simple as that. I offered to give it to you over the phone and I can hear the frustration in the person’s voice. So please do better with your customer service. I also didn’t even get a referral from you.
If I could give you 0 stars I would. I appreciate you trying to give me advice on how to communicate when you COULDN’T communicate properly from the beginning. I had a concern and you didn’t address it. You also probably couldn’t hear from the extremely loud background noise that you had. My opinion remains the same, 0 stars. I hope they don’t treat any new customers the same way I got treated.

Reached out to 911 Repair and pretty much immediately got a response. They were quick to provide a quote and work with me to set up a good time. On the day of the appointment, they reached out to ask if I could come any sooner to accommodate their appointment times and it worked out perfectly for us. We showed up and they got right to work. Took about 20 minutes to get everything taken care of. They are very thorough and ensure that no further spreading will happen.Thank you guys for your service! 10/10 recommend!

I used the 911 Windshield repair service one month and a half ago, and wrote a review to praise the quality of work and the overall service soon after that. But I found that I used a wrong login address. So I am back and write review again. JD responds quick and the rate JD charges for a job is very honest and reasonable but you will get a service and the quality of work that is superb. Some people gave appealing quotes only to lure you to the shop, then try to charge you a lot more. JD is very knowledgeable and experience about the glass repairing technique, and is perfectionist about what he does! If you want the best work done, this is the shop to go.

Friday after a long morning of driving on my way home I took at hit on my windshield, so I called 911 Windshield repair. Not the first time calling them. Quick to response and professional company. They came out within an hour on a Friday night and fixed my damage and it look brand new. These guys are the best. Cory was professional and Took good car of my truck. Now I have them on speed dial and will be recommending to my other friends. Thanks 911
