Went there bought an 29.00 item...did not get a receipt, went back in seconds later to return and was told no returns!!! Do not support this location...very rude and don't appreciate their customers..place is horrible....

They turned us away for 7.11 free Slurpee day. When we asked the clerk, he said “yeah, we’re not doing that”. We have been regular patrons of this location- no more. We will take our business elsewhere because they clearly don’t care. My kids were so disappointed they said they didn’t even want to buy anything there when we gave them the option.

CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE LOWKEY SCAMMERS!!! THEY CHARGE YOU MORE THAN WHAT THEIR BARCODE SAYS. AND YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK AFTER PAYING SINCE THEY HAVE A NO RETURN NO REFUND POLICY. I left my headphones at home so I decided to stop in and purchase one. They had a couple of choices - one for $24.99 and the other for $14.99. I decided to go with the cheaper one. I paid for it and as I was about to leave the store, I quickly realized on my receipt that the headphones were listed as $15.99. So I returned back to the counter and pointed out THEIR MISTAKE. The cashier told me she couldn't give me a refund because of their NO RETURN NO REFUND policy. I asked if she can just cancel the transaction and re-ring the items I purchased since it has literally been only a minute or so since she completed my transaction. She said she can't do that and that my only option was to get something else for $1. I told her I didn't want anything else from the store and that there was nothing exactly for $1 anyways. The other cashier ended up discounting one of the cookies in exchange for it. MORAL OF THE STORY: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT TO MAKE SURE YOU'RE GETTING CHARGED CORRECTLY. BETTER YET, CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE PAYING.

Easily recognizable and accessed from Coast Hwy This 711 stays busy without producing lines at the register.It is the only 711's I know of right now that have a small selection of liquor pints and 5ths behind the register. Expect to pay more, but this is the only place ( B/S Winco ) where you can purchase liquor until 2am.Friendly Staff. Competent and capable. I was shorted 500 on a money card once and the issue was taken seriously and resolved swiftly. Albeit the next day.Down the street Circle K is staffed by younger, 25 - 30, ppl. 711 has a more mature staff and the difference is huge by comparison.Police frequent the parking lot sporadically 10 - 4am. They don't harass anyperson. But, steer clear if you have good reason, like driving intoxicated. Just Sayin

False Advertising! A sign at the door said that they were closed for 2 hours. If it's 24 hours, why is it closed then?7-eleven doesn't seem to want to hire more people. Going to AM/PM instead. Seems like every 7-eleven has a COVID-19 I don't wanna work syndrome.

This location is remarkably clean for a beach city 7-11! Far enough from the sand that you don't get sand tracked in from the beach and there are a few "Better" than fast food shops in the parking lot so the clientel is good too! My favorite thing about this spot... whomever is in the cooler working to stock has good taste in music!
