Here is my experience with Ceramic Pro Carlsbad. On 01/26/2024, I paid for Ceramic Pro's Ultimate package (full frontal ppf + full car ceramic coating) and window tint for my 2 front windows. It cost about $3100. I dropped my car off that day and took an Uber home being told I can pick up my vehicle Monday afternoon. 01/29, I Uber'd to pick up my car and when I arrived they told me they did not finish everything and I would have to bring it back another time. At this point, the PPF they installed looked terrible. Edges were peeled and not tucked around corners properly and had noticeable bubbling throughout. (See pictures) 01/31, I dropped off my car in the morning again so they can finish up my car and I mentioned the concerns I had about the state of the PPF. I Uber'd back home and later that afternoon, I Uber'd back to pick up my car. When I came back to pick up my car, they told me that they re-did everything saying that previously, the 'expert' that usually does the PPF was not working the day I first brought the car in. This time the PPF did look better, but this should have been what it was from the very beginning. If the 'expert' was not in, why was my car worked on to begin with? When I left, they told me they'd call me 2 weeks later (how long it takes for the PPF/ceramic coat to cure) to schedule a time to bring the car back in to give it it's first wash and check if there's any issues with the cured PPF/Ceramic coat. 02/22, They did not call. Instead, I called them so I can bring the car in to get everything checked out. I dropped off the car in the morning, Uber'd back home, and in the afternoon Uber'd back to pick up my vehicle. The Ultimate package was also suppose to include PPF on the door cups, but the previous 3 times that I had visited, it was never installed so I told them about it and they finally installed it. I mentioned this experience and the inconvenience of having to go back and forth multiple times for multiple working days and all they offered was a business card for a mobile detailer I can call. 03/18, fast forward to today, I visited the local Mazda dealer because my door panel trim was loose and after their inspection, they determined that the upper door panel clip was not installed after tinting front window ($120 fix). (See Mazda Dealer repair order) So after about $120 worth of Uber rides back and forth, multiple days of bringing the car back and forth, lack of attention to detail and quality of the service, a loose door panel trim and overall terrible experience, did they get the job done? Yes, BUT it was not without so much wasted time, effort and money. I cannot recommend this place. Please consider somewhere else if you are looking for some place to get PPF/Ceramic coating done.

I had my car ceramic coated a year ago and I am in the Carlsbad store getting the annual touch-up service. I was skeptical when I had the ceramic applied a year ago, but now I am the biggest fan possible for this treatment process. I used to spend hours and hours maintaining the wax on my cars, but now this ceramic is so much better. The car stays cleaner, longer and the surface is so slippery and smooth that nothing sticks to it. I can drive my car in the rain and when I get it home, it still looks clean because no dirt stuck to the paint! It's really unbelievable. A special shout out to Jessica that works at the front desk at Ceramic Carlsbad. She REALLY knows her stuff, and is very knowledgeable about all things related to cars. I was very impressed watching her handle issues with customers while I waited for my car today. I will be back next year.

Ceramic Pro Carlsbad and Demetrich took great care of me, as a noob to both ceramic + PPF. I took my X7 there first with plenty of questions, and with Demetrich's help decided on Ceramic Ion - which included taking care of all the existing scratches on my several year old vehicle. With the ceramic, the tanzanite blue looks deeper and overall incredible. Once I saw the results on the X7, then took in the Ram truck (brand new) and decided on PPF to keep truck in good shape over the next 5+ years of ownership. About an hour after dropping off the truck they called + sent me pictures to explain the PPF would give a dull look to the chrome and advised instead on a combination of PPF for truck body + ceramic for chrome. Oh and of course front window tint for both. Whole process took less than a week to consult, schedule, and complete both vehicles. And this was during a heavy rain week too! Everyone here seemed on the ball. Plan to return and check out their auto detail business too.

This is my second time coming here first time was to tint my windows. Quality was amazing, I mean you get what you pay for. First car I've ever had with tint. But this second time was to remove said tint due to unfortunate run-ins with authority, and they helped with that too. The guys here are super chill. Definitely coming back here to reapply tint once my issue is over.

The Ceramic Pro Elite Team did a great job with my 2020 Tundra. The paint correction resulted in a top notch finish before the ceramic coating was applied. I went with the Lifetime Coating and expect that it will indeed last that long. Demetrich hooked me up with a quick turnaround and made sure that I was provided the best customer experience. Thanks!

Jordan earned my trust with his attention to detail and no pressure approach. He added PPF to my Corvette C8 and a new high tech window film that protects my blond interior from harmful UV rays. Each time I have taken it to Ceramic Pro Carlsbad, I get it back in showroom condition. I highly recommend them to do the job professionally and with high attention to detail.

I had a front PPF package and full ceramic coating done with the prior ownership and then my yearly ceramic coat inspection/refresh and some addition PPF installed on some high touch areas with the new ownership. The ceramic coating looks great and has made washing the truck painless and the PPF has held up well. There were some difficult PPF corners that all look great to the point where it’s hard to tell there is a layer of PPF.

Arman and his team went above & beyond with their Ceramic coat services and PPF application. From the moment I stepped into their garage, I knew I was in the right place. I used Ceramic Pro to protect my brand new Tesla Y. Best decision ever. I purchased the full Gold Package with a lifetime warranty that is also listed on your car’s car tax report - Nice!The team as Ceramic Pro was professional, super qualified and very easy to work with. I worked with Arman to set my appointment and the the team completed the work as promised done to my rims . Because I brought my car in new it locked my beautiful paint and the car really shines.Upside, washing the car takes 50% less time because the dirt fades away. If you want to protect you car, get the gold package and don’t look back - I wholeheartedly endorse this product and team. You will not regret this investment in your car !

We have used Ceramic Pro before, so when we got our new car we of course returned. Christian was spectacular!! He was so personable and friendly. He communicated well and made sure that the car was finished on time. When we picked up the car the results were even better than we were expecting. We will return to Ceramic Pro again without any doubt.

We recently dropped off our new car at Ceramic Pro. We have had a positive experience in the past, so we were expecting similar service. Despite our prior positive experiences, our expectations were exceeded by the attention to detail, and the quality of service. Christian was a pleasure. He was highly communicative and made the whole experience a very personalized one. We will continue to bring our cars to Ceramic Pro in the future.

This is the 2nd car we have done here and they do an amazing job. They matched my front windows to the tint that came with my Mach E back windows. Not one complaint.
