One of the best USPS locations I've ever visited. Clean, fast service, incredibly nice / helpful / friendly / pleasant staff. Great to see such a well run post office going strong. The building is nice too.

I am from out of town and had to find a post office nearby. I struck gold. These guys that work there are amazing Chris and the other man were just professional,friendly and helpful. Which I could move this post office to the state I live in.

I came here to send a certified mail and Mr. Jon Jon and the other man at the counter helped me with details and patiently explained to me when I mixed up some information. It was almost 12pm at noon but they still work with care and kindness. thank you

Thank You Chris and JonJon for changing my attitude towards going to the Post Office. I ship packages numerous times per month and use to dread the Post Office. Now, knowing either Chris or JonJon will be there and I'll be greeted with a smile, a hello and a genuine sense they care makes going here feel like a happy outing and not a dreaded chore. They are both friendly, professional and very knowledgeable any time I've asked or overheard another customer asking for help. The atmosphere and energy here is nothing but positive.
Definitely recommend heading here to ship your packages.

I opted to come to this postal office as it was on my way to Torrey Pines, and I am amazed at the night and day vs. the post offices in Oceanside. In Oceanside (Brooks St), the workers are seen unhappy and not as welcoming, yet this spot was amazing between the smiling postal workers to even their welcoming tone helping anyone at the counter. I'll definitely return, anytime, I'm in the area during the week vs. Oceanside.

Thanks to JonJon and Chris, they are so welcoming and friendly to all who step through the door. Even as I was working on my label at the counter, with my back turned towards them, their friendly aura pervaded the space. I am so happy that I came here to ship my package.

I read the reviews. So unfortunate that the folks coming in looking for help at the post office get none. That was my experience. In fact I asked for specific help and I revieved a condescending remark. This is not a place we can go to ship or recieve or mail and I live in Cardiff. The postal annex next to seaside market is friendly and helpful. Please see Chuck. As far as the U.S. post office with Chris and the other guy, disgraceful. They don't care, and that's the problem...

I could not have better things to say about the staff here!! To have the energy of a POST OFFICE always be so positive and kind and fun is a testament itself. The new location is impressively clean with an ideal layout and amenities for all postage needs. But it's the customer service that makes this place 5000 stars. I ship orders for my small business weekly and most of the time and am running in 2minutes before 5pm-that would annoy any and most employees that are ready to close for the day. But not JonJon!!!!! JonJon, Chris, and the other gentleman are so attentive, charismatic, and helpful. I've been coming here for years and they are always keen to help and figure out the best / most cost effective way to do whatever it is you need. Usually you can expect a mundane experience or even dread going to places like the dmv or the post office but I literally look forward to going here every week and seeing the staff. There are simply not words to describe the difference it makes! The line can be long, yes (as is at any post) but seeing the staff be so patient and take the time to help others in front of me (especially the elderly) makes it worth the wait. K. I could go on but long story not so short; get your stamps here y'all, they come with a side of smiles

Very unprofessional and immature employees here. I went to mail a USPS envelope, assuming it costs $7.95 as the sign says for it, but the employee said it costs $15.20 to ship. I go back around the corner to check, and hear him say to the other employee "oooh why is it so expensive?" mocking me and laughing TOGETHER at my expense. I simply misunderstood a sign that says in fine print "Starting at $7.95" and was trying to be price sensitive for mailing a package, as the price he quoted was nearly double the price that I expected. It is unbelievable how childish the USPS employees are behind the counter, putting on a happy facade whenever you approach the counter, but mock you as soon as you're out of sight. I will never give them any business again, and hope others consider this as well given their childish behavior.
