Stopped by this location for shipping services and was treated with absolute contempt by the store manager. She was condescending and rude simply because I asked for assistance with a package. I strongly suggest visiting a local UPS Store or FedEx Office for your needs.

This postal annex is the best, specially the employees Ali, GJ and Jade. They are very helpful in all of my home office needs. And I can pick up my packages as well without opening a mailbox and I just pay a fee. They are also pet friendly store , and I recommend everyone to go there and don't go anywhere else!!!

Postal Annex in my neighborhood is absolutely amazing! The staff is always super friendly, professional, and willing to accommodate every single need. They’ve been a true lifesaver for all of my printing and shipping needs. No matter what I bring in, they handle it efficiently and with a smile. I can’t recommend them enough!

Don’t go here they don’t even tell you before they put tape on your package and then they charge you a dollar for one short strip of tape. They also don’t take your returns for Amazon. Don’t bother with them.!!!

Location is great. Just don’t parked too long. They will give you ticket.. dropped off big Amazon returned they don’t accept qrcode but they will help you out how to request for a UPS label.. don’t hesitant to ask.. didnt brought a tape but so I was charge a dollar but for a big heavy box I got.. a dollar is worth it! Really checked on it how they tape them so I’m very happy to report they indeed really seal and tape your package very well not just one piece of tape.. they tape the whole thing.. feel bad i only pay a dollar.. but that’s what they charge.. good job PostalAnnex..

Super help with mailing and printing documents as well as next day shipping. Very helpful and friendly team! Don't know how I would have accomplished this job without them. They also stayed 20 minutes past closing to help me. Infinite gratitude and Thank you with all my heart at Cardiff Postal Annex!!!!

After change of management I’ve seen some changes in the store. Looks more brighter and clean. Work in progress but it’s a good start. Worker are more knowledgeable about services being offered.. making this store as my go to shipping. Keep it up!

I’ve been using this Postal Annex for around 15 years. It’s been thru some ownership changes but the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Even though I will be moving away will probably still keep this as a primary and get mail forwarded.

If you having any shipping, printing or passport needs this isn't the place for you. Nothing actually works. Place smells. The workers dress like characters from Star Wars (actually) and couldn't be more rude. Professionalism is thrown out the door with this location unfortunately.
