After change of management I’ve seen some changes in the store. Looks more brighter and clean. Work in progress but it’s a good start. Worker are more knowledgeable about services being offered.. making this store as my go to shipping. Keep it up!

I’ve been using this Postal Annex for around 15 years. It’s been thru some ownership changes but the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Even though I will be moving away will probably still keep this as a primary and get mail forwarded.

If you having any shipping, printing or passport needs this isn't the place for you. Nothing actually works. Place smells. The workers dress like characters from Star Wars (actually) and couldn't be more rude. Professionalism is thrown out the door with this location unfortunately.

I'm a frequent customer and appreciate Katie's expertise and efficiency. Bonus that she's also a Notary. This SEH location outshines other Postal Annex stores in the area. Overall great service, in-depth knowledge, and always a friendly smile.

My mail has been coming here for well over 10 yrs now. I live about 10 miles from Cardiff, but d/t moving and traveling I keep my Cardiff postal annex as my primary address. They have safely held my mail and packages for months. At times I have asked them to forward only the important stuff to me. Together we went thru each piece of my mail over the phone. 24 hrs later my mail was at my hotel.They have copied, scanned, and faxed so many things for me. They do not overcharge. I find the whole staff patient and polite.They are a lot quicker than a USPS anywhere, and quicker than several other postal annex in the area.

Wow! What a piece of mind! The gentleman who was working the floor seeked to help you right away. My mom was super hesitant to ship some family heirlooms at any place. Everywhere else she attempted was confusing, long waits and she walked out. While in Cardiff helping watch my dog, she attempted again. This place took her in, greeted her and immediately helped her through the renewal process (Tim). Professional, geniune, customer service. Kind and patient throughout the process, working with my mom, a 78 year old elderly; I appreciate your help here, specifically the person she refered to as Tim!Note i am writing this on her behalf, word for word.

Terrible experience. I don't have to explain the reviews tell it all. The people are rude rude and don't waste your time spending your money here, Go somewhere else where they will treat there customers with respect.Never coming back here again even tho it near my home.

Owner Responding to Maggie's comment.I paid for a refund for shipping and the 1000.00 loss because of the error. I ended up letting the workers go as well. Getting new ones

Do not ever trust or use this postal annex. I dropped notarized escrow documents off on Saturday morning at 10 AM and stressed the importance that they go out that day as they had to be delivered first thing Monday morning. The two young men who were working the counter told me no problem at all. I’ve been got a call Monday afternoon from escrow and my realtor letting me know the escrow documents never arrived. UPS never picked them up. After calling the postal annex multiple times and not getting an answer I drove down to check on the status of my package which I found underneath several other boxes in the corner of the store on Monday afternoon. I am now paying $1200 in interest due to this delay caused directly by the owner and his staff of the postal annex. I will never use them again.
