“$85 hand wash and wax. Drawn here based on other reviews. First impression upon driving in was a bit confusing due to how busy they are and the number of services they offer. However I found a friendly face who explained and gave easy instructions on what to do and where to park for our appointment booked online.Took about three hours. They did not rush the service and detailed the car. Nice to see since they offer even pricier services as well. The gentleman detailing the car even requested 5 more minutes to double check and touch up any areas. Very impressed, and our car was as clean and shiny as the day we purchased it!”

“Incredible service! I was recommended this shop by a buddy of mine and a friend of Chris' for detailing, PPF and ceramic coating. Prior to even acquiring my car, I had been in talks with Chris regarding a couple projects I had coming up. Once the time came, I brought in my BMW X3 M to get full frontal PPF and Opti-Coat Pro Plus ceramic coating for the rest of the vehicle. Chris is very knowledgeable and displays his passion for his work and it really shows in the final product. I couldn't be happier with the result and would recommend him to anyone looking for quality paint protection and ceramic coating. I will be returning for maintenance of this vehicle and future vehicles!”

“I had my car ceramic coated a year ago and I am in the Carlsbad store getting the annual touch-up service. I was skeptical when I had the ceramic applied a year ago, but now I am the biggest fan possible for this treatment process. I used to spend hours and hours maintaining the wax on my cars, but now this ceramic is so much better. The car stays cleaner, longer and the surface is so slippery and smooth that nothing sticks to it. I can drive my car in the rain and when I get it home, it still looks clean because no dirt stuck to the paint! It's really unbelievable. A special shout out to Jessica that works at the front desk at Ceramic Carlsbad. She REALLY knows her stuff, and is very knowledgeable about all things related to cars. I was very impressed watching her handle issues with customers while I waited for my car today. I will be back next year.”

“This review is for the car wash. And the bathroom.It's not the closest car wash to home, but it's one of the better full-service ones around. They've done a good job with my various cars over the years, including trucks that accumulate mud and road grime outside and cute dog hair inside. Sometimes the exterior will have a streak or two remaining, and often times the interior will have dog hair and sand in the crevices. I rely on the detailing guy who comes by when I want perfection.The office / gas station convenience store features one of the cleanest gas station bathrooms you'll find anywhere. There's not fresh roses and an attendant handing out towels, but they keep it nice and there may be a real pot of pouporri in there somewhere.”
