Never had a problem at this location and the staff have always been helpful. Whenever I need to drop off a return, this is the location I go to as there is a lot of parking and it is generally quiet.

Sent an overnight letter with a large check To pay off my home. Insured it and paid $50 for a piece of paper. It was never delivered, my mortgage charged me a monthly payment, the entire balance was supposed to be paid and done. Now to cancel the Che k because it's over 10k, takes 90 days. That's 3 more months of mortgage because a cashiers check comes out of your bank. So not only is my account empty, I have to pay 3 months of mortgage when ups lost the check with the entire balance. Should have put that $50 in the gas tank amd driven it myself. It's costing me thousands of extra dollars, ups can't find the check, the mortgage payments (which should be final) are now additional. What a terrible experience. Safe to say I'll never go back. Probably going to have to file a civil claim for the lost mortgage payments and insurance. Be sure to document everything and keep all your reciepts.

I ordered a single black and white single sided resume. I called and asked how much a single print was, the person on the phone said it was something like 29 cents. When I went to pick it up they charged me an extra $2 for 5 minutes of “computer time”. When I asked about the extra $2 charge she said it was because I emailed it and she had to look up the email it was $2 extra!!!! I told her I didn’t use 5 minutes of computer time but I just paid it and left. Some things are just the point. I won’t be coming back. I finished a huge order at fedex on the same day with no extra made up charges.

Absolute horrible customer service. I've been in this store more then a few times. The employee Miguel T is rude and has the worst attitude. I can't imagine having this person as a employee. I will never ever go back in this place again. He needs to be fired or reported to the secretary of state. MIGUEL T. UPS STORE ON 41ST AVE IN CAPITOLA . Absolutely disgusting how rude this person was. I've seen him do something similar to someone else when I was waiting in line a while back.
