I just purchased a certified used vehicle from Toyota of Santa Cruz - I had a fantastic no pressure experience and LOVE my new car. Bob and Jeff were so helpful to make the numbers fit my budget. Jordan in finance even managed to make the paperwork part of the transaction a pleasure (he was very nice as well). I will definitely return to purchase a vehicle in the future. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to go see Bob.

Jerry was fantastic and communicated extremely well and super friendly. The wait time for an oil change is pretty ridiculous though. DroppedOff at 10 and got a call it was ready at 1.

Service man Sol is the best. Very kind and efficient. Shuttle drivers were great too Appreciate your taking me in with no appointment. I had a gas leak. My wife was expecting the truck to be washed. I guess you don’t do that anymore ? Or save old parts for me. ? Thanks again Jim.

Sit down.... I'm long winded.I can't say enough positive things about my experiences with Santa Cruz Toyota! The sales team, finance team and service team have all been exceptionally helpful, kind and professional since I became their customer in 2021. I came to SCT at the end of my lease on my 2018 Corolla, a beat up Honda Ridgeline, mediocre (at best) credit and a need for a new car to use for my business. Bob and JP worked with me to not only make the payment work for me, but really listened to the fact that I wanted an AWD RAV 4 in a specific color (Lunar Rock ~ sooooo cool and now they're every freakin' where). Despite the challenges with my credit and a bit of damage on my Corolla, they made it all happen for me. My payment was absolutely perfect and the car was a dream for the last 3 years. Because the understand that I'm not a Hybrid girl, I was able to go and do all of the things my lifestyle demands in my wonderful Beatrice. (Her license plate had a BEA in it)I received an offer via email from Toyota about the impending end of my lease, so I got in touch with Bob to discuss my options. I was so happy he was still working there! I was working out of town and Bob was happy to discuss things with me via email and set up an appointment for when I returned. Yesterday, I returned to town early and popped in on him. He juggled his work load to accommodate me and I test drove the Grand Highlander that was on the showroom floor. A DREAM CAR!!!My long story short: I was planning to drive another RAV 4 home next week, but JP once again worked his magic for me and got me into the beautiful Wind Chill Pearl Grand Highlander last night!The Team is remarkably kind. They really listen and understand the individual challenges of their customers and work hard to make things work.Highly, highly, highly recommend shopping for your vehicles here. I had been researching and watching car review videos for almost a year looking to replace my Mercedes. I wanted something larger, reliable, decent gas mileage and some peep. After many reviews for the 2024 Grand Highlander Hybrid Max I found what I wanted. Now, where to find one. I reached out to 7 dealerships. Most already sold, waiting for delivery or to order. Then Robin at Santa Cruz Toyota reached out via email and they had one on order. I went down to talk with her and we started the process. This was in Aug. The car was not scheduled to get here until mid Oct. Robin called me when a Grand Highlander came in which was going to be the color ordered but not the same model if I wanted to see it. I went to look at it and she had me test drive it even though not a Max. She educated me on the car, communicated frequently and answered all my questions. I was so happy to receive a text, the car came early. Robin is top notch. No BS. Straightforward. Her team was easy to work with as well. Consider SC Toyota for your next purchase.

I went in to see if I could trade in my 2020 Toyota Le for a 2024 Toyota Le. My service rep Wyatt Devery had a hunger look about him. He got on my trade and purchase so fast, then got his Manager Jeff Wallace involved and then they brought in finance person Jordan Sullivan all in about one hours time. We did very little negotiation, I got a fair deal, on a 2024 lease. I knew what I wanted, after they ran my credit, they seemed very enthused. I recommend dealing with Santa Cruz Toyota, they treated me fairly, everything is in writing and before I signed my contract I checked with my beautiful wife regarding our rule to discuss any thing over $100 dollars. I sent her pictures of the car over my phone. Next time you go to Santa Cruz Toyota, ask for Wyatt. I asked them if there was anything I could do for them to Mr. Sullivan and he said it would be great if I Yelped them. I said I would be more than happy to do that. I still marvel that they did everything in about an hour. I was most happy that I purchased my vehicle locally. Buy Local Y'all!!!

Had to come back because they crimped the oil filter gasket. Mistakes happen but the handling of it was the lowest level of customer service ever. Hunter was rude and not graceful with their mistake. He was stoic and cold unlike Mike who was the original service manager. Mike was amazing and made me feel like I wanted to support this place. Too bad that was over the second hunter started helping me. Forget these dealers of corporate greed for your time and money with no compensation, no over and above not even a sorry for taking another two hours from my work day because you couldnt tell me how long this was going to take? I came here for an oil change. $115 for it then lost 60$ pay for the 2 hours I spent here having them fix their mess up. Useless.

Great service experience with service advisors Gisele and Mark. They replaced an ABS actuator assembly on my aging Highlander. Repairs were completed quickly, competently and reasonably. They even price matched a quote from another dealership. Great communication and follow through.

I called this dealership to check on a truck. They told me it's going through final inspection and getting detailed. Truck will be ready in the morning. Perfect I'll come up in the morning and check it out. I got off duty drove about an hour to there dealership. Walked in and ask yo see the truck I called about last night ... as soon as I seen the truck I told the sales associate I would love to buy the truck ... let's test drive it to make sure there is no problems ... w we hike he was getting the keys for me to test drive the truck ... another sales associate ask me if I was taking this truck ... I told him yes I'm buying this just need to test drive it .... He was on the phone telling the person to hurry up someone else wants to buy it.... I come back from test drive to get paperwork started to buy the truck... the other sales person and the other client was waiting to test drive the truck I already told my sales associate that I was going to buy ... we where starting the paperwork and after a a bout 10 minutes they told me unfortunately the other client was first and we are selling truck to him.... This was a slap in my face ... I never felt so disrespected in my life... that was so unprofessional to treat someone like that .... I will never recommend this place to anyone ... they only care about making an extra dollar ... so if you go in there and they smile at you and greet you... it's fake as fuck don't trust these people ... they will stab you in the back ...

Great experience! I initially went in to get the battery replaced in my key fob, but then I asked about getting my car serviced there. Ed Hardy was my service representative, and he was superb to work with. He was able to get me in the very next day for my service appointment, and went over everything with me afterwards. He made everything easy to understand and was just a pleasant person to work with. I would like to keep him as my service rep. Thank you, Ed, for making it a pleasant experience.

I got great service my first time here. I came in for a suspension issue and the diagnostic was faster/easier than anticipated so they gave me a break on the price. Everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. Shuttle service is pretty awesome, too, and makes it easy to drop off and pick up on a work day even if you live/work kinda far. So my expectations were exceeded in pretty much every way.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto place. The service technician was very kind. & he was very patient with me when I asked all my questions, and he simplified everything too. I understood everything that was going on and I really appreciated that because stuff like this make me nervous. I dropped off my car that morning and got it back the same day. Great experience.
