Just came in looking for a simple silver chain, not knowing the wide variety of options and pendants they had. Reyna was super patient and helpful allowing me to look at all my options and price breakdowns. If anyone is reading this in management they should give her a easier, she deserves it! I like to shop local but will never go to Super Silver again. I wanted a red coral sponge ring. I found the perfect one. The young woman with short purple hair was delightful. She weighted and calculated the cost twice. 68$ great. I patiently waited in line for the cashier. Well this woman was rude and told me the cost of the ring was wrong. Now it was 89$. She did not pickup the ring or weight it. The price that was WRITTEN on the slip should have been honored. This is fraud, bait and switch is ILLEGAL. Reading about the crap jewelry this place sells, well I am damn happy the cashier was rude, saved me from buying a bad ring. Who wants high priced, fraudulent JUNK? BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH AT THIS BOGUS CRAPPY STORE. You all can see the fake excuse Super Silver manage gave. If the ring was 68$ at 50% off, then original price was 136$. At 30% off it would be 95$. They cheat, steal and lie. Or maybe the manager doesn't know math works. LOL just avoid this fake place.

I bought a ring online and they sent me the wrong ring. I have been wearing rings for years, this was definitely the wrong size. When I sent it back they tried to say it was the right size and that I have to pay for the return shipping which is $16. It’s really disappointing that a shop I have been buying from for years could screw people over like this.

THIS STORE SOLD ME A FAKE SILVER NECKLACE FOR A LITTLE OVER $1, 300. WHEN I FOUND OUT A FEW YEARS LATER, THE PAWN SHOP WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME $50 FOR IT. I TRIED CONTACTING THE OWNERS TO GET A REFUND AND THEY IGNORED ME. I LATER WENT INTO THE STORE WITH A MAGNET AND THE MAJORITY OF THEIR SILVER IS MAGNETIC, THAT MEANS IT'S NOT STERLING SILVER. THEY GOT MAD AT ME AND MADE ME LEAVE THE STORE!!! I'M STILL IN COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND PROCEEDING WITH THE CLAIM.

Came into the Capitola location on a Thursday and was very excited about there selection of toe rings. Bought an adjustable one, wore it till Friday evening and it snapped in half. I tried calling to see if they can do anything, and they just told me final sale. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I usually never leave any reviews, but this place really disappointed me :(.

Love the staff and everyone was so welcoming. I got a size that fit and I noticed it was a little big so I exchanged it for a smaller size. Now the smaller size is a little big. I don't even know if it's possible for a ring to stretch over time but it also could be my finger. Overall I recommend this store to all

Junk jewelry. Every piece my family has gotten me here for gifts has broken at the seam of the bracelet or at the connection clasp on all of my necklaces. The clasp completely detaches from the necklace and would have to be soldered somehow back onto the necklace. Which is expensive. I have asked my family and friends to not buy me jewelry here any more.

The selection is great but the girl with yellowish blonde hair (with bangs) were no welcoming at all. I was not done picking rings yet and she was rushing me. I also witnessed her be rude this couple as well. Adjust your attitude at work, Girl. lol

Love love love this silver store! I get all my rings here! They have pretty decent prices for the quality of the material that lasts a long time when you take care of the accessories! The people working there are also super nice and friendly! I enjoyed visiting! ** oops this review should've been for the other location! I haven't been to the capitola location before. And I don't know how to delete this review! Sorry!!
