“I had a problem with the "PrintAndGo" feature, but the staff there was able to debug it, eventually getting everything printed out. So... I'm a little worried that Print And Go had problems printing out PDFs, but the staff were life-savers.”

“Nidal Halabi with Brinks Awards & Signs saved my life. The boss was having a big 4th of July bash at his ranch, and I needed to get 12 wine glasses etched in very little time. I was referred to Brinks by our previous engraver who closed down their shop. I reached out and talked to Nidal, who was not only very friendly, but very knowledgeable.

I basically gave him very little direction and left things in his hands; after all, he’s the professional. I told him what I wanted etched, where I wanted it etched, and just told him to do whatever he thought was best. I gave him a two-week deadline, but of course the boss asked if we could get it sooner and Nidal came through. We were able to get it back in about 7-8 days.

First and definitely not the last time I will be using Brinks for our future work.
