Sea Level is a charming shop full of very wearable, well made t-shirts as souvenirs or gifts with Capitola memories. Wide selection of women short sleeve, tanks, long sleeve, sweatshirts, hats & PJs. Men’s t-shirts are all on the wall & there’s a well stocked inventory so there’s several to chose from. There’s also a sales rack and children’s section too. Owner Stacy Branson is very personable and kind, she can help assist with ideas for the whole family. They offer nice gift bags that make it easy to bring back home. I bought the “turtley awesome” PJ pants for my daughter and the funny “Unleash the Kracken” for my sailor friend who loves everything nautical. You’ll have great wearable souvenirs that will remind you of Capitola Beach and the Village!

Went to buy some magnets. Lady there was very friendly. She was a bit nervous about a medical appointment but she was really funny to talk to. Hope to see her again!

Good selection of adult novelty souvenir tee shirts (work safe adult - not *that* kind of "adult") at acceptable tourist location prices ($26 OTD). They had a few other things such as kid's tees, baby onesies, postcards, etc. But predominantly t-shirts here. Service was helpful and she was far more polite to the non-mask wearing women who walked in after us than I would have been (FYI, I loathe the d*** mask but generally, rules are rules).

We went in to shop to purchase several t shirts on 8/24. Not greeted at all by employee. We had food that was in a box and in a bag with us. We did not see sign that said no food in store. Sadly we felt very rudely handled. The sales was lost due to this employee. We will not purchase anything more at this store. She called us a “c” word which we had never been called before.In response to yours your employee lied. We were wearing masks. Unbelievable.

Every time I'm in Capitola with my girlfriends we not obligated visit Sea Level but we walk away with new pj's! Went into this shop with my husband and he was impressed with the t-shirt assortment. We'll be back.

I visited Capitola on December 30, 2020 and did some shopping at Sea Level. The selection is wonderful and the staff is top notch. I bought a sweatshirt for a friend back in Kansas. The sweatshirt ended up being a bit too small for her so I messaged Stacey at Sea Level and she gladly exchanged it for me.... no questions asked. I can’t thank Stacey enough for doing this for me! You are awesome! I strongly suggest supporting small businesses wherever you live and if you visit Capitola, please support Sea Level and other small businesses there. Thanks again for your impeccable customer service!

1. Don't shop here because the clothes are cheap material and over priced for what you get. Trust me you can get better quality down the way. Just keep walking!2 ( and most importantly) The woman they have working AS THE CASHIER is rude AF. She should definitely be fired because her customer service is A-palling . If this is how she treats half of the customers that walked by there good luck getting any business. The woman is terrible. I am SHOCKED at the level of customer service of this place! My son, who was NOT in the establishment waved at a dog inside the store. She yells to him VERY RUDELY "watch out for your ice cream" and so I looked at her and said "he's not inside the store" Her response " I don't care , I don't want it there" EXCUSE ME? Don't talk to me like that or my son and secondly you don't own the sidewalk you idiot. Some people! Seriously, the owners need to reconsider hiring someone else if they want more business. And if she is the owner (which I doubt) good luck staying in business. You have a lot to learn about running one.

First off GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE all of the 4 times my family and I stopped here while on vacation to purchase t-shirts. The best part is the store mascot. I'll keep her a secret and let you get surprised by her cuteness. If you are in the Capitola Village I highly suggest you stop by the little gem.

My wife and I walked into this place expecting the prices to be crazy (being so close to the beach)! We were pleasantly surprised by the selection and cost. I don't remember the owners name but she was super friendly. Shirt and Shorts both from there.
