They do not accept returns and the service is terrible. The woman who serves is arrogant and very racist. I will not set foot there again. I do not recommend it at all.

Kind of a dump to be honest and typically waiting in long lines to buy one item. Up until recently they had massive out of stock issues but seemed to have restored their inventory. I really only go there for wipers or maybe a car cleaning product. I don't feel getting parts there is the best because even if the employee is experienced with parts they seem disheveled or despondent.

I needed a cabin tail light brake light. I walked in and within 30 seconds I was helped and few minutes later I had what I needed and was out the door. Very friendly courteous service.

Brian was so helpful in educating me on my radiator leak and what to do and look for. He was friendly and took extra time to look at my Jeep and help diagnose the problem. Thank you Brian!

There’s a guy with grey hat who work oreilly in Capitola I don’t know his name but he came into rite aid store in Capitola with bad attitude. Being disrespectful to the assistant manager all she was trying to help him but still with bad attitude. I wouldn’t shop their store with bad attitude specially if he still working there i don’t want any of his services at all.

These folks go out of their way to assist, whether it's choosing the right product, or even helping you learn how to use the product you're purchasing (e.g., changing a headlight).

O'Reilly auto parts has what I need and when I need it. Been coming here for years dating back to Kragen-s. Always great staff and always helped me find the right parts for my projects.

After having a pretty poor experience with a leaking car battery from the May avenue location, Ashley at the capitola location helped me out and provided amazing service that really made my day. Definitely prefer this location.

This is a two-part review for the store. The positive highlight is for a worker at this location named Jimmy, who has fantastic customer service. He is always willing to help,is very humble, and is an overall fun guy to be around. Even when I am standing in line and hearing him talk to other customers, it is a pleasant experience. For Jimmy, I give five stars and two enthusiastic thumbs up.However, there is another worker name Juan who can't seem to be bothered to service customers. I had a gift card that I explained to him he had to enter in the number manually at checkout because the magnetic strip doesn't swipe for some reason. I know this because the last time I went in and used the gift card, that's what happened. Juan seemed super-annoyed that he had to type in the gift card number and the pin manually. In fact, he had a hard time reading the numbers and asked me to read part of it to him. it looks like he tried twice and was unsuccessful and so I had to pay without using the gift card.But I am 100% certain the gift card works fine and I even checked the balance online before I drove in. I think Juan was just too lazy, or couldn't read the numbers without glasses. Whatever the reason, I had a poor customer experience as a result. For Juan, I subtract 3 stars. Maybe I should just buy online (since I know the gift card works), but I hate making the workers pick my items from the shelves when I know exactly where to go and can save them time. Next time I am at this store, I would rather wait for the next available cashier or just come back later than be serves by Juan.

Juan was fantastic in his patient diagnosis of my car battery. It was 45 minutes until closing, yet Juan never made me feel rushed. He took the time to work through and solve the problem.
