They were so helpful and accommodating. The lady working there tacked the bottom of the suit for my daughter because it was a little too big. She refused a tip. She was so great!

Prices are ok, costumer service is eh. Workers give you vibe that they don’t wanna be at work and they are always on their phone, feels unwelcoming.

I needed a bathing suit for vacation and haven't tried on a suit in years. I was welcomed in right away by the woman working and I explained what I was looking for (I'm small chested and wanted to find something flattering). She was a huge help in find the correct size and different options for me. I highly recommend, the service is top notch and their bathing suits are great quality with a variety of sizes and styles. Amazing selection and awesome customer service. The owners will help you adjust straps and ties so the swimsuit looks amazing on you! They’ll help find the most flattering suits for your body type too. Excellent quality, excellent service. I buy swimsuits from them every year and am never disappointed! I have a bikini from them that’s about 5 years old and has stood the test of time. A bit pricey but completely worth it.

I was SO happy to have found Nubia today. I needed a swimsuit kinda last minute for an upcoming vacation. After trying most of the shops nearby with no luck I found the perfect place with the perfect owner. Definitely recommend!

Terrible Customer Service Experience: The owner is rude and unfriendly! I purchased a hat of which he had plenty of and less than a week later tried to exchange it for a different hat same price of which he also had plenty of AND I was even going to buy additional Items and then he would not exchange or offer a credit or allow me to switch the item, he is a very short sighted owner and unfortunately I will not shop in this spot or recommend it again. I come down on a regular basis please consider your customer service for future in todays culture it's a turn off not to be able to make such a simple change! Very unfriendly service experience

The man working in the store helped me find a swimsuit, last season. I’m an older woman and he made me feel very comfortable even though I’m thin. I’m excited to go get an additional new suit this year. My swim suit looks like new from last year even with a lot of hot tubing.

My daughter and I went to this store last weekend August 13, 2022 when we were in Capitola, it was close to closing time. These two young ladies (wish I had gotten their names) were working and greeted us with a smile and were so kind. They helped my daughter which is big chested and hard to fit find a swimsuit. They made her feel comfortable and we left there feeling happy and taken care of. I felt like we were at Nordstrom's. Not sure who these ladies were but WOW what customer service!!!!! We will for sure be visiting this shop when we return to Capitola. Thank you!!!!!

Best swimsuit shop in California! Large selection for all sizes. It's the only one stop shop for me to find bikini separates. I wear a 34F top and a XS bottoms, which is very difficult to find. Also, customer service is first class! Im so glad I found Nubia 9 years ago.,

Had a great experience today with the owner today. He knew how everything fit, even though the sizes were significantly different. He even pulled suits out of the back to find and suggest other options.Unfortunately they’re being impacted by the pandemic shipping problems, but they still have a few tricks in their bikini bottoms to get you what ever you want.

I walked in with my daughter (7) and the sales associate was very personable, friendly, and helpful! She gave us many options to try and let her pick out a scrunchie when we were checking out. Price was more on the expensive side but the quality is excellent + my daughter was very happy with the whole experience. Shop was clean, tidy, and organized. Very well lit and options for kids, tweens/teens, adult and plus size.
