poor service, the guys in there seem like they just got out of a rehab, they can never help me with anything, not even re-connecting my cell data when it was off and no calls were working. someone in a different store helped me.

this girl in there with black hair and long nails broke my sim card tray she was very rude and couldn't put the sim card in I had to do it for her then she got all defensive I was just trying to get out of there asap

The customer service at this location and frankly most MetroPCS store fronts are terrible. The employees are rude and unhelpful and are always trying to force an upsell on you as if it was required for whatever your trying to purchase.

So I went there to assist my mom in getting a phone. Not only did they go above and beyond to gain her as a client, they also helped with the transition in contacting the correct personnel at the other carrier, who she was leaving due to bad service, to help get the codes she needed for transfer. Many companies these days aren't taking those extra steps, yet Metro employees did today. Great job! I know it can be challenging to work with some clients who may not be so tec savvy but they did it with grace and patience. I know my mother, as a senior felt supported and like I steered her into a better plan.

This location has been closed the last two times I've gone on the internet says they're open but absolutely nobody in there looks like the whole entire Mall shut down it would be nice if they could post what was going on very inconvenient only other store is in midtown Santa Cruz douchebag

The customer service was awesome. Reyesgally was great. She helped me as soon as I entered the store, was very friendly and knew what to do for me immediately after I told her the reason for my visit. I left the store satisfied, happy and in a good mood!

Went in a bit before closing time and the staff was very excited to help me out. Nancy the manager was very friendly and stayed a bit longer than closing to help me transfer my data from my old phone to the new one. Definitely recommend this place ?

The Capitola mall location has extremely poor customer service, the manager Nancy.. short,dark, long hair... has the biggest Attitude. As we were trying to explain our situation she would just be like, no, no that's not protocol.. you're wrong.. that's not what we do.. Like really? I'm here for no reason, just to bug you? Are you insane?! They didn't want to exchange an accessory which we were there for, it was more for an apology on messing up the screen that we wanted than anything else, but instead she gets defensive, stand-offish and then she starts with the insults. We were not there to make a big deal about something that we can get on Amazon for 3 dollars. But Nancy took it personal to the point where as we were walking out the store, Nancy continued with the insults, at that point we were being harassed. Horrible, horrible customer service! They don't even deserve a star. More like a negative star.

Im getting really tired of the service at metro! Every time i go in there i leave frustrated because they can't answer questions they should know and when i call with a question they tell me to come in the store so they can access my account, why can't they access my accouny over the phone! I just wanted to know if my husband had come in to pay our bill in the past hour because if he hadn't i was going to come in and pay it. Why do i have to come in to see if he paid in it, thats absurd! Im going to go in there and cancel my service is what im going to do!

Went to resolve a billing issue (an incorrect charge). "Customer SERVICE Rep" told me to go home and call customer service! I asked her if she could call, and she reluctantly did so without a word of acknowledgement. As she was on the phone, I told her that I had an additional thing I would like her to mention to the rep - she "shushed" me and finished the call and told me I had to go home and call them myself (she could have easily asked what the other issue was - I actually wanted to add a service), but no, she had better things to do (and she processed a lot of other people's issues while she was on the phone on my issue, but when I asked if I could tell her about another issue, no one was in the store AT ALL.
