They are not an inclusive store, they have decided to get rid of all plus size clothing. I discourage everyone from shopping there.

Not very happy with the second experience buying there. I went to capitola mall in California. The MAC Cosmetic sales rep were very into their conversation and the one who talked to me seemed rushed to let me go to keep talking to the other sales woman. I bought Foundation but I also wanted lipstick so I asked her what shade would be similar to Pillow talk... and she said What?? I said... pillow talk by Charlotte Tilbury... she looked at the other woman and the other woman put a weird face, super ignorant looking, but with a bad attitude. She had to look on the internet for the product. What she showed me as similar had nothing to do. I can't believe they don't know that shade! Its super popular right now. That is the perfect example of doing a job because you have to and not because you're into the industry. Not because you're an makeup artist or because you love makeup. Their make up by the way, was hideous!!!! The other woman had those kind of eyebrows you see at pinterest as "the worst eyebrows on the internet ". I think most of the Mac Cosmetics stores are in decay. This was far from being a nice visit to what it was my favorite store.

I have just encountered quite possibly the most challenging purchase at macy’s. Story goes: I have 3 items. The cashier rang up 4 items which means a refund as to be made. For the LIFE OF ME, he did not get what was going on. Explaining to him was like having constipation and he had the decency to be rude and said “ okay well i dont understand what you are trying to do” it took possibly an entire fleet of angels for me NOT TO SLAP that boy. Finally, another cashier came to the rescue, she knew exactly what I was saying. It took less than 1 minute to rectify. Please, don’t work in retail of you can’t do basic math: Purchase of 3 items and only 3 items should show up on the receipt. If there was an extra one- refund that. Easy as that. I am soooo baffled how that kid even made it there. Ohhhhh Jesus give me strength to calm down!!!!!!!!

The employees were rude and the managers were worse. I stood at the counter for over ten minutes and no one came up. I had to go and look for someone. When I found them they said that they would not help and told me to leave. When I tried to call about it I got hung up on three times. I have been shopping at that location for almost twenty years and have never been treated with such disrespect. I will not be going back and hope that they close down.
