This business defines excellent service. My laundry was picked up. I received a call from the service manager about one item of concern.
My instruction, written on a note, was to just wash it w/cold water. Their concern was that it might shrink. I reassured the manager that the item had been washed before and was fine.
I appreciated the ease of tossing my items in their large purple bags, the quick pick up service from my front porch, and the extra personal attention, receiving a call of caution about that item.
My laundry came back to my porch, folded and neatly placed in the same clean bag. The epitome of efficiency, I love that!

So easy and convenient! Set-up an account, choose a pick up time, set laundry outside and wait for a delivery! I had a large comforter that needed cleaning and rather than sit at a laundry mat for hours, I googled Laundry service and stumbled upon Laundry Care Express, couldn't recommend it enough, who knew it even existed!

Top notch customer service. I had been admitted to stanford and was there almost a month. Stanford doesn't offer laundry service. Laundry Express came all the way up to the 7th floor to personal pick up and drop off my laundry. I highly recommend them

Super easy to schedule a pick up. Everything can be done online. Next day service was top notch. My laundry was returned nicely folded and my husband’s work shirts were crisp and clean and in hangers. They also provided great bags to put all my laundry in for the next pick up! Your service is a life saver!

Great service, super easy to get a hold of, always gets picked up and dropped off on time. Clothes always dropped off neatly folded and clean. Super easy to schedule pick up.

Pick-up driver was in a vehicle in serious disrepair and had no business being on the road.Without notice, they've begun affixing permanent stickers to all shirts and dry-cleaning. In some cases these stickers can be seen through the back of the shirt and are effectively damage to the garment.

I only rated this a 2 star is because of it kinda being false advertisement. I googled 24 hour laundromats in my area and this company came up , I needed to do my laundry in the middle of the night and I drove the 15 miles to go do it and I couldn't find it with further emanation I realize that it wasn't open to the public so it wasn't a public laundromat it was a delivery service laundromat which made me mad because I need to do my laundry and I drove all the way there to find out that it's not a laundromat like it states and it's not a public 24-hour laundromat that's accessible by the public answer therefore I wasted gas I wasting my time and I still didn't get my laundry done and I need it by morning I don't know how the services are or anything like that but I'm only going to the low review due to the false advertisement of being open 24 hours to the public

They couldn't be more professional and courteous. They've created a process of ease and efficiency. I'm highly sensitive to scents, and they're able to wash everything completely scent-free. I have towels and sheets washed for my business, and the price is roughly twice what it would be to wash them in a laundromat, and this includes pick up and delivery. Very reasonable and worth every penny.Service: Delivery

LCE cleaned all the comforters for my rental! They did a great job and took a big load off my task list! Now, I'm ready for summer season!
