My only complaint is that I can’t check my balance or pay my bill in the store! I forgot my cellphone and I was wanting to see the amount I could spend! There wasn’t a phone in the store I could use to call for my balance. A courtesy phone to check your balance would be a nice touch. Otherwise great!

It's well stocked, but I didn't find all that much that would appeal to my personal tastes in this store.
They did have some good shirts, but prices weren't what I was willing to pay ar this time. No sales or coupons for them either, so that prevented a potential sale, which is an unfortunate pity.
At best, all I can say it's an average store. It's not bad, but not amazing. Give it a check and maybe you'll find something you like here.

Very frustrating experience. I understand why they are shutting down a lot of stores down. Not enough help and no assistance. New to the area and to this Kohl's. I did pickup and couldn't find anyone to ask questions, get help with heavy items, or understand how I'm supposed to get items to my car without a cart or bags. I guess the store was clean but that's a low standard.

Super easy to exchange pj set for smaller size...laughed with clerk that it has usually been the opposite direction

Avoid this place if you can. The clothes are low quality and the associates are just trying to trick you into deals that are predatory.

I have not written a review here in years, but this might be the weirdest so-called "customer service" I have ever had! I asked a woman for help finding the box associated with a sample shoe. She said, "I will get Antonio, he can help you." Antonio came over grudgingly, slowly, and stood at the opposite end of the aisle as if I had cooties--so bizarre! I asked him to show me the box associated and he wouldn't budge, he just kept saying, "It's over there somewhere," pointing to where I had been already standing, looking. It was insane. I had been in various social situations all evening and can assure you I did not look weird , smell, or anything like that! Antonio honestly seemed mentally ill or something, to act this crazy. Kohl's will not get my business.
