I arrived in the morning and was not greeted, and that’s okay. I preceded to stand at the counter and the employee Niko was helping somebody with trade. He did not acknowledge me, not even a be right with you. I stood waiting for 20 minutes meanwhile two other customers came and went because they didn’t want to wait.they were also never acknowledged being in the store. I will by elsewhere. It was very frustrating.

Their payment machines are broken. I couldn't buy anything if I wanted. Never again, GameStop is going under in 2024. Guarantee it.

Drove from about 30 minutes away to find out they weren't open even though online say they open at 10. The guy said come back in 2 hours

Great store but for whatever reason it is closed an hour early on a Friday night. Oh well I guess I have to do lame things tonight instead of locking myself in my room and playing whatever the young ones are playing at this time.

This location is awesome. Took in my Xbox series x for an overheating and bluetooth issue, for some reason my controllers unpaired. After a quick diagnosis both repairs were quickly resolved and they answered all of my questions. I'm glad they were able to help me with my issue and now my series x runs smoothly without the issues I was having. Thank you for the professionalism, patience and understanding even though my issue was very minor. That alone goes along way - stay blessed and I recommend this location.
