I had a problem with the "PrintAndGo" feature, but the staff there was able to debug it, eventually getting everything printed out. So... I'm a little worried that Print And Go had problems printing out PDFs, but the staff were life-savers.

The folks here were delightful, took the time to understand (and even help me understand) my needs and executed perfectly. As an EA who is often a go-between what is asked for and what is executed, this FedEx team (specifically Shondra and Melissa) went above and beyond to put me at ease, easy to talk to, patient and gracious. From the phone call to problem solve online ordering, to spot checking pages prior to a full order print, they helped me shine! Thank you team. What a gift your help was!

Workers are great- too many customers who don't have their stuff together asking questions they already should've figured out before coming here. Too much of an expectation on the part of the customers for workers to be mind readers and fortune tellers- I go here often and I always get stuck behind people who don't have their shipping address correct or are too busy arguing about the price, those are the folks that slow down the process. Also this location is sorely understaffed Fed Ex is just another typical corporation that underpays their workers and then Karens get all mad about it.

I had the hest experience last week wt this store. I needed to print something, and haven't ever used the FedEx print services. Andrew was so helpful he made my experience easy and fast and he was also very pleasant and attentive. Made me want to write a review!

This FedEx store needs to be better at communicating their high prices for simple print jobs. I emailed a PDF of a 38 page black and white document to be printed. A staff member responded asking for my phone number and I gave it. I went to pick up my order and was charged over $90.00 for printing 38 pages. I was charged $15.00 for this, $15.00 for that, and all kinds of fees that were never disclosed at anytime prior to my picking up my 38 pages.While the staff did refund $15.00 after I complained about their high fees, the fact is had I been there in person I would have received an estimate and no doubt better pricing. Emailing your order is a dicey proposition and they will nickel and dime your simple print job. Most expensive print job I've ever paid for.

Today, I received EXCEPTIONAL service from FedEx Associate, Garrett, at the Capitola office at 3555 Clares St. I went in to print out service maps of a property as well obtain a digital copy. From the moment I walked in, Garrett was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He listened to my needs. He helped me pick out the appropriate flash drive, then took care of me through my printing needs. I emphasize the word "care," as I was frazzled. Garrett's calm demeanor and knowledge of what I needed was extremely helpful. We were copying a 40-year-old survey map and the important part (for my situation) was in faded pencil. The first copy did not turn out, and I was dismayed-- Garrett to the rescue! He made the necessary adjustments until a perfect-- superior to the original-- copy was printed out. Garrett listened to my needs and did not give up until I was satisfied. In 2022, finding an employee like Garrett-- one who makes eye contact, listens carefully, and is dedicated to customer satisfaction, is no easy task. Being in the store for a bit, and overhearing other employees deal with customers, I am SO GRATEFUL I was lucky enough to have Garrett as the one helping me. He is a wonderful example of Excellent Customer Service and I hope he will will be recognized for his outstanding performance! He is the epitome of what a company wants representing their brand, please reward the superior work he is doing.

I've found this FedEx location to have a consistently friendly and helpful staff (even in December!) The team takes the time to evaluate and weigh different shipping speeds and prices to make sure you get the one best suited to your needs
