The atmosphere is amazing here the whole staff treated me with respect as well. Jesus is amazing he helped me ! The whole team here is truly so helpful and amazing they are making Diamond dreams come true !!! The manager is very professional and they helped me pick out two nice watches with great deals as well! They set me up with a payment plan as well and I'm doing payments while building my credit. I'm only 21 now I'm still young but when I'm 31 maybe I'll need a ring for my beautiful wife I'll have one day yes she will come ! I'll come to Daniels to get her a ring she will never forget ! Don Roberto jewelers ain't nothing they ain't no competition on Danny's son! Anyways come on down to get dripped out at Daniels . And praise god !

Left my gold chain to be repaired last week and the pick up date was today, they told me I would get a call in the morning to pick it up in the afternoon but no calls were received, went to pick it up at 1 but no one was there and they had a sign saying they would be back at 1, went back at 1:46 and still no one was there (isn’t it funny?) then I went back one more time at 5 and it was totally closed amidst online said that they would be open until 7pm, called the customer service and the response was “you’ll be receiving a call from a supervisor next week” so whatever, where’s my necklace? Wasn’t this a serious company? PITY! Worst customer service EVER!!!!

I purchased a watch on Dec 11th. Attempted to return it on Dec 12th. In spite of the return policy attached to my receipt that states returns can be made within 10 days of purchase they refused to honor their written policy! A terrible business engaged in deceptive practices !!!!!!!

Most recently, I went in to pick up a ring that I had dropped off at this Capitola store. The store was empty-No other customers to speak of. I walked up, was noticed, and quietly waited to be helped. No smile. No greeting. No nothing. An "I'll be right with you", would have sufficed. I don't need people to be all rainbows and butterflies, but at least acknowledgement. No biggy, but it gets worse. The gal was at the register tending to some business. ...When she finally did say something a couple of minutes later, ....again, no smile and then TWO WHOLE WORDS, "YELLOW SLIP?". What? She could not even speak to me using a complete sentence? How about, "Hi, how can I help you today? Or if she remembered me, "Hi, are you here to pick up a piece of jewelry? Can I get your yellow slip?" VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We all have the power to spread kindness and positivity. Just no effort was made to do her job well. Daniel's Jewelers, please put someone that enjoys people in the front with the customers. I happen to love nice people. Much thanks. Also, my small diamond that I had replaced the time previous had fallen out and I was disappointed by their return policy and had to pay 70 bucks to have it replaced. Keep in mind, that it was actually having my ring sautered together in the first place that had knocked it loose to begin with. They had fixed that free of charge but not when it feel out. Check your warrantee and keep that yellow slip. I had seen no reason to hang on to it after my ring had been returned. That matters less to me, since it was not a sig. amount of money, but friendliness does. Disappointing interactions & customer service.

I didn't have a very good experience at this store. I bought a piece of jewelry that I assumed was 14k gold...I realized a little over a month later that it was only 10k gold and this was not disclosed to me when I bought it. They were nice enough to allow me to do an even exchange, which I appreciate, but it was difficult to find something that evenly matched the original price. I ended up spending another $100 for two items that I'm really not thrilled about. Honestly, I did some comparisons and I think their prices are inflated as well. I will not be shopping here again. Not a good experience at all.

My wife went in to get her ring cleaned as we have done many times before and she was greeted by a very unwelcoming lady named Kayla. When asked if she could have her ring cleaned she told my wife the machine was broken. Keep in mind this isn't the 1st time she's told my wife this. About 2 hours later my wife called Capitola Daniels thinking it was Salinas Daniels & asked if they would clean her ring or if their machine was down as well. The lady Kayla answered & said yes we can do that. Makes me feel like she just helps out certain people whenever she wants. We've spent a few thousand dollars with this company & this location actually saved us a hassle a few months ago but this woman Kayla is not a good face for their company. Poor customer service, very dissatisfied to say the least.

Not somewhere I'd spend my money, the employee that was there when I went in was honestly kinda rude I was just trying to ask the prices and she made me feel very unwelcome.

I got married 10/10/20. I dropped them off 10/11/20 and was told I could pick them up 10/16/20. I showed up and they were just picked up on 10/16/20. So why couldn't you call me to tell me that? They told me Tuesday. I called and so did my husband today and she said they would once again be there and I show up before 2 and my rings are still not here and the little man behind the counter wants to be rude and tell me I look 40 and I'm only 34. Yes I yelled and started crying. because I'm upset because they won't give me my damn rings back and keep making excuses as to why they are not ready. I don't care anymore I just want my rings back.

Dropped off my wedding ring to get fixed and was charged over $450 dollars. A $150 fee was charged for a small diamond and $200 to be reshaped. I Was called to pick up my ring only to be told when I got there that the main prongs to the diamond were no good and they wanted to charge me an additional $200 dollars and it would be at least two more weeks. I was very unsatisfied with my visit. I feel they are trying to nickel and dime you here and have no regard for others time. Had they called I would have approved the work, and when I asked why I wasn't told sooner all I was told was "Oh! My bad!" Really???

Capitols Mall is Great if your 20 or under,but I Found Nothing I wanted to buy there,Not like in years ago when the whole mall was full of Great Stores.

Decided to help build my credit back up.. I went into Daniels to check out the flyer that said everyone approved. After talking to their staff I picked out a small Minnie Mouse chain and pendant for my niece who broke her leg and was recovering . After running my credit they said approved and I almost fell outa the chair. Nothing down and a small $26 a month payment. If you have crappy credit and want to rebuild go to them...
