Now you can’t even speak to the pharmacy, you have to leave a voicemail and it takes FIVE MINUTES just to get to the point where you can leave the message in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never be using their pharmacy services again.

I came in to shop and use printing services and discovered I couldn’t use the restroom. That was annoying enough since I had to wait for my printing but was also directed to go use Whole Foods next door . Not only rude to a customer but to direct customers to a neighboring business is inconsiderate I’m sure they wouldn’t appreciate that.

My prescriptions were automatically transferred to CVS after the Rite-Aid on 41st closed down. The assistance I've received from the pharmacy department has been so disappointing. I understand that they're very busy, and I'm empathetic towards anyone in customer service, having worked in CS myself for the last 20 years, but I intend to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere.

I was very grumpy about my small pharmacy closing, I chose cvs thinking it could never compare. Boy was I wrong. The pharmacy staff are so attentive, professional and consistent. I am very impressed. Thank you CVS pharmacy staff for all your Hardwork and great customer service.

I checked their online operating hours, which indicated that the store would be open until 12 am. However, upon arriving at the store after driving all the way from Aptos, I discovered that it was closed. I kindly request that the store management take prompt action to update their online hours, as this situation has caused inconvenience. In other words management quit being lazy, it is a poor reflection on your store and your ability to manage a store properly. Nonetheless, it shows that you could careless about people who travel at a late hour and are turned away due to your poor management. Please do your job.

My wife and I have found this CVS Pharmacy (41st av) to be superlative. The staff and pharmacists are helpful,congenial and pleasant to deal with. Kudos to them all.
