Nice folks and friendly environment but they don't offer much advice, it's cheaper and more informative to deal with the website. No origination fee on the website.

Do not come to this office expecting technical support or help of any kind. They only understand sales and activation but they cannot help you if you lock yourself out of your cell phone like I did. but what they will tell you is they can't get you back of your phone but we could sell you a new phone which I was convinced I had to do to remedy the problem. I have since found out that that was not true and I am out $100 because of it but I'm wiser for it. do not go to this office expecting technical support because you will not get it. These people are not trained to help you.

I was initially pleased with the service until I found Yolanda created a fake gmail acct with my name and rated herself, giving herself 5 stars for being so amazing. I don’t care for fraudulent reviews. That is dishonest.
