I do not recommend this place. I purchased a machine and 6 months later they are billing me for a “rental”. Plus, I had several issues and it’s rare for someone to answer the phone there.

I have a warranty but they leave you without a machine while they send it in to Resmed for repairs. They also don’t answer their phone. The regional office has only one employees who is clearly frustrated. I wish him well.

The tech that helped me in person with fitting was great! The phone service to make an appointment was not! I needed an immediate exchange of a defective chinstrap and the operator was dismissive of the importance of this item to my therapy and unclear as to when an exchange could be made. I just wanted to drop-off it asap. Shesaid no 4 days til formal appointment

I have been waiting almost 5 months to receive a CPAP machine. The employees dont seem to care. They are not apologetic. Conversations with them are limited because their English is poor and hard to understand.

I needed some supplies for my CPAP machine right away and Ernie and Loan at main office were so helpful and kind. They really went the extra mile to get me an appointment to pick up what I needed the same day. They are also very knowledgeable and patient with questions. Miguel at the Capitola office was very professional and made sure that I understood how to use the supplies. I will be using this company again!

Great service and help with new CPAP machine! Was delayed in obtaining machine due to recall and low supplies. But they kept in contact about the status. Yuri with calls and Miguel at the Capitola branch was very patient and answered all my questions about the new machine and supplies. Highly recommend!

After 10 years of struggling to feel comfortable with a CPAP, Miguel at CPAP Services helped me to find exactly the right equipment for me. He definitely went above and beyond. We went through several rounds of masks, and he stuck in there with me until I found the right one. It really makes a world of difference!

I just became familiar with CPAP services because they accept Medicare. They worked closely with my sleep doctor, Medicare, and my supplement to make sure I got all of my supplies at absolutely no cost to me. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they took quite a while to get everything together. Even telling me they never received required paperwork from my doctor. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this store for anyone that has a CPAP machine and Medicare.

I was nervous about getting a CPAP machine. Erin from Cpap services contacted me through Facebook and was great. She walked me through everything that I needed to know and set me up with an appointment with one of their techs. She was able to get me in the same day. The tech was amazing. He clearly showed me how the unit works, what I need to do, how to clean it and run it. This company is impressive and did no hard sales or up-charging. They were fantastic. HIGHLY recommend them.

Very pushy did not tell me about any upfront costs and would not work with insurance. Horrible service.

I just want to say Miguel was so helpful since the moment I walked into the office. I'm new to town and was looking for a mask urgently. Miguel recommended a mask that is working great for me and he also talked to me about cleaning my items and replacing them. I will be going back for the cleaning device that his manager Paula talked so highly about.

What a great experience getting my new cpap device, Padraic was great speaking about all the new features and recommenced a new mask. I have been using the same mask model for ten years. He is very professional and kind. Also, thanks for calling me back so promptly about my question.

CPAP Services is wonderful! I'm so happy to have found this local gem in Santa Cruz county! The Staff is kind, knowledgeable, patient and so helpful. They are willing to price match or bill your insurance. I have worked with other DME companies for years, this new store is so refreshing. The place itself is clean, modern and very sharp. I'm used to dumpy run down sleep apnea companies or no local location at all( usually it's remote business practices with no support). This place is 5 Stars and has all the latest products, accessories and masks on the market. Support this local family owned business you will be happy you did.
