I got banned from the mall until
August 14, 2025. Will they honor that, I don't know. This is why it is so empty, they banned so many people. No one wants to go there. ?

Pretty good mall with Kohls, Target and Macy's as anchors. Suprisingly a lot of toy/board game and video game type shops in one space. Several food options in the food court too.

One of the worst malls I’ve ever been to. Says a lot bc I’ve been 2 tons of malls but this is by far one of the worst ones. Most of the stores are for kids or niche interests. Biggest waste of time of my entire life.

We live in Capitola and this is the nearest mall in our area. We like the mall, it’s an ordinary mall but it looks really nice.

It's kind of depressing to walk around in. A bit run down, slightly eerie. Really reminds you of how fun malls used to be - in a sad way. I noticed their fountain is fenced off, which goes to show you that people cant be trusted around the fountain or they're worried about being sued or something. We can't have nothing nice these days.

I personally really love this mall, it's not to crowded ever and I barely get overwhelmed, not as high level as the mall in San Jose and it needs some tweaks but otherwise a great mall to just go chill at if your in the area

I have to admit back in the day, it was quite a mall.. after being in it today unfortunately I noticed there's more places for lease or rent than anything else.

Not neaely as full or satisfying as it was back in the 80s, 90s or the 00s. It feels much more hollow and empty now. Many of the best shops and places are long gone and nothing but forgotten memories. There's lots of independent options which is cool, but there is also much more empty and wasted space now. It's seen far better days.
