Capitola Mall security Nazi s this place trying to act all that that ruins it for the common people

This mall is SO SAD now and days! I used to love going there as a child and there were SO many stores there back then. I'm 28 now so you do the math. Only reason I go there is mainly to shop at Khol's and that's about it......

Mall closes early. Beware! Had to walk around the entire outside of mall since it shuts hallways so early.
