“Bought a pop up tent camper about a year ago and it came with a new battery (same month I bought the trailer). I have used the camper about 10 times this summer no issues. the first camping trip I went to with full hook up's...I come home and the battery is dead. Long story short I brought it into to batteries plus In Scott's valley. They tested it at 8vdc...not sure why or how it got that low but they held onto it for 48hours for free and hooked it up to their charger. It came back to life and I didn't have to buy a new battery!”

“The manager, I believe his name is Javier, is a gentleman. Their workers are a mix of friendly and just doing their job, but when one of them miscommunicated a warranty policy on a battery, Javier made it right.Glad to have these guys, but and gave 5 stars because of the made up mistake, but anyone who buys a battery here should know that once the battery is used even once they will NOT exchange it for a different size. That's their policy, you should know because it won't necessarily be explained that way.Cheers.”
