I just switched to Bay Federal Bank last week. Everyone is so rude and the wait time is ridiculous! It is Horrible! The only reason I gave them one star was because I had to.

It is one of the worst branches I have experienced, with lousy service, people with bad attitudes, and zero action. In short, stay away. I visited the branch two weeks ago after scheduling a meeting with the small business department. But instead, someone from a different department was waiting for me, one with zero knowledge and understanding. Before I left, the person promised to call me back with answers within a day. I told him that from my experience in the past, they never called back, and he assured me that he was different. Two weeks later, he has yet to call. During the meeting, he asked a senior person to help him; I will save you what I thought about this senior guy. I had very few visits to the branch in the last few years, always a bad experience.

Worst bank ever! The people who work there are slow and unhelpful including the branch manager, the other managers and the tellers. I have had so many bad experiences there I try never to go to the branch and just do what I need to do online - which I guess is what the Bank is trying to get everybody to do. However, sometimes I have to go in person and it is never good. I really need to change banks.

Useless! If you have a problem don’t come here they will tell you call the 1800 number. Absolute joke. Why would this place be open if they tell you to call the 1800 number.

Went in to cash a check for convenience and they charged me an $8 fee. Not very convenient at all and not a great way to encourage new customers.

I visited this branch to take care of an issue that the online BofA agent described as just taking a minute or 2 in any branch. However, at this branch, I was first directed to sit and wait. After some time waiting, I went back up front to learn that they had decided that they would not help me on that day (a Saturday) since they were too busy. I guess it did not occur to them to share this result with me. They offered that I could go away and return another time since they usually (according to them) help their customers. When I explained that this was supposedly a 2 minute issue according to their online agent and that was much shorter than the time for me returning at a later date, they didn't care. So, while it's great that they value the time of their employees, it's unfortunate that they do not value the time of their customers.

This BofA is got to be the worst bank ever. The manager is not professional at all. I would avoid going there at all cost unless you don't mind standing in line & waiting.

Friendly and helpful staff. It was very convenient to book an appointment with a banker online and it took place on time.The lines to the teller can run a bit long, but in my experience it was never more than 20 minutes of waiting.

Not a lot of BofA locations in SC. Thank goodness for this one for a quick bank run. Quick in and out, nothing eventful.

Experienced the worst service, Alexander is simply crazy, I asked to deposit 220,000, she asked me to change my check, and crossed out a 0, no one cares about you during the whole process, staff with extremely poor service attitude
