Monica is amazing. She is one who has helped us realize our dream of buying our owm home. I have worked with her on two homed in last 3 years in California - for a home in Campbell and now one in Danville. She put in her 100% and leaves no room for any mistakes or last minute callouts - I myself couldn't have worked so hard on my mortgage application. A year before we bought Monica Bowman was highly recommended to assist on our journey in preparing to buy our dream home in our dream location. From the very beginning Monica was endearing, understanding, thorough, available, and patient. She went the extra mile. Monica made sure we would be ready to buy when the time was right. Monica is a person with a loving heart. She has great communication and walks you through the process. She is available to you when ever you need clarification. She also closed our contract with in 3 weeks (before the 30 day escrow ended). She treated us like if we were family and still continues checking in after purchasing our home.
