“I LOVE THIS TRADER JOES!!! Every time I shop at this store it is filled with a such a pleasant atmosphere. The staff members sure know how to communicate with their customers making easy conversation and easy to look for groceries on my list. Ulysses and Serena helped me check out on the register and it made my day talking to them! They were so funny and filled with so much joy and personality it seems like an excellent place to work! I love how quick everything is too I had a moldy orange in my bag and Serena zoomed off and grabbed me another one before I could finish checking out. Highly recommend shopping here I always leave with a lovely experience. Way to go Ulysses and SPEEDY Serena!!”
“Haven't been here in a few years. But I like what they have done with their little Joey crackers and such. What I do not like is their rendition on OREOS! F-ing joe-re-os. This is clearly a rip-off of the classic snack that we all know and love?. I haven't tried them but all I've heard is good things. I would go here more often if convenient.”

“I’d give these guys more than 5 stars if it was possible. They have exactly what I need, every single time. I’m in and out in no time. And I know I’m getting some of the cleanest/ highest quality ingredients on the market. Plus the staff is always pretty knowledgeable on the products, so it just makes it that much better. I don’t go anywhere else for supplements”
“I came here with another organization yesterday and was very impressed. You can tell that a lot of effort and love was put into this place. There's such a large variety of native and edible plants and trees that were all over the property. One spot, you can find an apple tree and peach tree with some native sage, and another you can find an orange tree with a passionfruit vine nearby.The recently-opened Cafe had limited options during the time being, but it makes sense given that it's still winter and they cook with what they grow on site. The cauliflower soup and focaccia were very delicious and well-seasoned.The market seriously tickled my brain on how amazing everything looked. I got some soap and tomato passata. The soap smelt lovely, and the passata tasted very nice. The staff in the market are very friendly and helpful and recommended extremely delicious donuts from the laguna baking co. The prices are comparable to farmer's market prices, which tend to be on the higher end. However, after hearing how well-paid and compensated the farmers are, it's worth every penny.If you're a fan of local and sustainably-sourced food, along with ethical practices, then this is the place for you.”
“Love "Trader Joe's"❤️...lived across the street from this Dana Point store when I first moved to CA.... Met my husband love of my absolute life. We used to shop here almost daily.... THE BEST RACK OF LAMB ? Marinate overnight in milk & rosemary better than going out to restaurant!!! Trader Joe's Coffee is DA' BOMB ? “Stater Brother Ladera Ranch CA is my best favorite grocery store. The fruit slices are cut fresh daily. The fruit cutters Gilma and Thomas, are the best! Always have positive attitude and accommodating. Keep up the great works ??”
“We do not have too many Mexican stores in Laguna Niguel. It’s an okay store. They have many of the basic Latino products but it’s a bit pricy compare to other stores. I went there particularly for machaca. Unfortunately they did not carry it. Their meat section is good with fresh product.”
“You find everything you need for your pantry and the meat and cheeses are all fresh... the prepared food has very good seasoning and Mr. Antonio is always very friendly and happy to serve his customers.”
“It was awhile between visits, due to a service worker woman hateful screaming at me and refusing to make my sandwich to order finally I called a manager. Because of the stressful environment of argumentative screaming employee of Gelson’s deli worker it must have been a month or two between visits. This time I made a quick stop and all went well. Gelson’s has the food I like.”

“Visited the Salt Horse for first time and loved this unique shop with fresh produce, spices, meat rubs, pasta, sauces, candies, and so many California food products, even ready to serve burritos! The owner is so nice and knowledgeable. Definitely stop by this nice shop in Laguna Beach.”

The woman who helped me was so patient and took the time to find what I needed and went out of her way to make sure it got delivered to my friend. Really appreciate the sense of hospitality I got from this shop - hope to visit in person one day!”
“Food is pretty good and prices reasonable. We are visiting the area and wanted Mexican food. They have hot food with an extensive menu, and you can see all the choices. They also have fresh fruit beverages, sodas, and fresh squeezed juice. We ordered carrot juice and orange juice, and they were both excellent. There is a bakery too, but we didn't try the baked goods.”

“This is the second review of given to this pavilions since it took over the Albertsons spot. The people who work there are so special. Again, I was helped by someone. This time her name was Ginger and she has blonde curly hair and glasses. What's funny is she's been described in other reviews and I understand why. Ginger helps you as she takes you to the aisle and quickly finds what you've been looking for. I asked her to help me twice the other day when I was searching for artichokes, and. Apple pie filling. I told her she was in trouble because I knew her name so I was gonna always ask her for help. I hope I don't need to, but she deserves some credit for being incredibly personable and helpful.”
“Absolutely the best toasted Italian sandwich I've had in years! Fresh made from the deli, great products such as Boar's Head deli meats, and the bread crispy on the outside, soft inside, panini style with some beautiful and tasty sauces, and enormous for about $10. Easily eat half now and half later. And this was considered a "half" sandwich - still had two halves!*my personal favorite is to dip it in their freshmade shallot yogurt for even more flavor.”

CONS- Non-service animal dogs in the store in the meat department, & on food aisles. I've complained to the mgr. a few times. Mgr never asked the dog owners to remove their pets & allowed the small dogs to ride in the shopping cart's baby seat until the owners completed their shopping.”

“Great little market. Compact and busy. They have great prices. Lots of vegetables and a meat counter. Meats look very fresh. They have Boars Head deli meats. Lots of fresh olives, great selection. Be aware the place is apparently expanding so there is construction outside. I believe about to triple it size. That’s great news right now the store is small and compact and the isles are tight. The the prices make it worth it.”
“I generally dislike Albertsons, but this store continually surprises me. They have great organic options. The bakery makes really outstanding cakes. not the normal supermarket style stuff ... TRULY exceptional decorations. People will think you spent $40 on their cake, but you paid $15. They have great flowers. I had a minor issue once and the manager immediately came right over and resolved it. They support local charities in Ladera. They have a top notch 6 foot sandwich that leaves Subway or Togos catering in the dust. Excellent party platters that are surprisingly fancy. All of the above is, of course, inexpensive.”
