I have been a client since 2015. Due to life's circumstances we are having to sell our property. I was asked by my Realtor to obtain my service agreement with World Famous. As I did I reflected on times when I did not check the tank like I should of or when my kids left the spa in for 8 hours and ran us down without telling me. I will tell you that I did not have a truck on my doorstep in hours but that is an unreasonable expectation. I can tell you this is really a FAMILY run company. Support them! I can tell you that everyone I have spoken with or has come to our home is responsive, hard working and will do there best at all times. The rates they charge are very fair and for me it's NOT always about the lowest price by a nickel. This is a fine company to do business with and there is no "big company" run around.

If there was a negative 5 stars. I would post them. The owner Mike is an absolute arrogant prick.he had the i audacity to throw a big fit like a child because my wife told him he couldn't just walk in our property without calling us and letting us know first. We have lived at this property for 5 years and for 5 years we have used their service and every time they came in the past they have called first. And now out of the blues because he fired the guy which was extremely respectful and professionl. The total opposite of what Mike the owner is. I guess he thought because he owned the company he could switch things up without even telling his customers. The thing he doesn't understand is that we have dogs and for his own safety we had asked him not to just walk in so that he didn't get bit. After sitting there and arguing with my wife for about 10 to 15 minutes he pretty much told us that if we didn't like his conditions, he would just stop coming out ... Then he went on to saying I have 30,000 other customers what makes you think I care if I lose you.... Just goes to tell you what he thinks of his customers...

I called 3 different propane companies in my area and World Famous' pricing was the lowest. The owner, Mike called me to set up an installation appointment and he had Cuco out at my property the very next week. He was on time, fast and professional. I had a tank from another company in a not so easy to access location, but Cuco was able to move the old tank out of the way and put in my new tank in no time. Gina in the office is AMAZING. I highly recommend this company. Their pricing is very fair and they are extremely reliable.

Do just want to start by saying we filled our tank last month..... we are in 100% quarantine mode qnd rely every day on our jacuzzi for the kids!! So I happened to heat the pool a couple times and didn't think anything of it! Than I checked the levels on Monday, less than 5%! I called and type first day out was Friday... so told the kids they have to deal with it! Haha... but 2 days early here it comes!!! So happy & excited for even a couple days early!! Quantine mode, you would know!!!! Thank you for going above and beyond to serve our community!!!!
