Love the swimsuits here, very disappointed I tried to make an appointment to get several bikinis. Was told she would check her schedule never got back to me. Once I asked again I never got a reply.

I made an appointment online at the recommendation of a coworker as I have an upcoming Hawaii trip. I was basically terrified as I haven't worn a bathing suit in 3+ years since I've gained weight. When I arrived Amy welcomed me and I was pleased to learn that I was the only client for that hour - no one else in her studio at all!!! She listened to my concerns, calmed me down and assured me that she could create a suit that I feel comfortable in and would love. She had me try on lots of tops and bottoms so she could make a form. Amy helped me customize each suit, she addressed everything that I wanted to hide or cover or fit differently. Then I got to choose my fabric from a HUGE selection! At the end of my session I was so happy that I ordered 3 custom suits! I will post a review after I pick up my suits.

I really hate to have to make this review but after 8 months of never hearing back from the owner I feel the need to share my experience. In July of 2017 I ordered a trucker hat off their site. Long story short I received the hat but it was completely damaged and the wrong color. I contacted the owner and was promised a refund and a new hat to be sent to me. A week or two passes by and still NO refund.. I had to contact the owner (again) to get my money back. She apologized and promised to send me the hat I originally ordered as soon as their machine was "fixed" 8 months later and still nothing. Awful customer service.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Amy is the BEST! This is the only place I can buy suits that fit me comfortably! The best part about it is you can customize your own suit that fits you perfect because Amy takes her time to make sure she fits and measures you for that perfect fit! Amy is so sweet and strives to make sure you leave happy! We drive from Simi Valley to Canyon Lake to order our suits every year and I couldn't be happier! Love your Doll!!

I absolutely love Sugar Dollz. The owner- Amy is so sweet & great customer service! I ordered a custom made bikini & 2 custom trucker hats with 2 full piece swim suits. I'm so pleased with the merchandise and customer service! Go see Amy & her cute boutique! The bathing suits are good quality material and comfy!

LOVE this shop.. Cant say enough about Amy ,she's a true doll who works her magic with her custom bikinis. Our second trip to her shop she is now just around the corner same shopping center and is by apt only, which I love so she can focus on you and your bikini needs. So many types of bottoms and tops you can choose frgro. You can go skimpy or more coverage depending on what you want. So many colors and patterns, sequins, lace ,floral ect .so hard to choose so I got more than 1. You will too. Amy is fun to be around , my hubby treated me for Mothers day we had a great time picking and choosing my very own custom suits ... Id give her 10 stars if I could , a must go..

Where my wife and her dirtbag friends come to shop. They save up all winter so they can come here and buy the the most ratchet bathing suits they can find. Only and hour drive. You know who you are .....

I made a custom suit for the first time at this shop. I'm a plus size girl and I can't tell you how having a tailor made for me suit does for confidence! It's gorgeous and just what I wanted! You get to pick all details at their bikini bar. If you live far they will ship it. Sapphire is one of the girls at the shop and she was so nice and encouraging! I'll definitely be shopping here again! Xoxo

I ordered a custom bikini for an upcoming vacation! When I went to pick it up the bikini did not fit like I wanted. The owner and her niece were both super helpful and automatically offered to remake it in a timely manner before I left for my trip! Also have bought a couple tops and cardigans from here! Great place! Always awesome to have nice local businesses!

Looooooove sugar dolls. The bikinis are amazing, every time I go in there I buy at least five of them. Great prices, they're super helpful and accommodating. And they fit fake boobs better than any bikinis I've ever purchased.

Location is in a small plaza with plenty of parking. Immediately when we entered Alexis greeted us and was very welcoming! bikinis galore abound!!! I am a monokini shopper, but I was still able to find a few on the rack. This is a custom made for you bathing suit kind of shop.. So if time is not of the essence get there weeks before your event. We walked out purchasing 3 bathing suits for such a great deal and quality!!! Thank you so much Alexis for making our visit such a great one. You have found customers for life!

Not too big of a selection but enough to find what I'm looking for, most of the time. Love the little dolls stuff! However, the customer service here is always bad! I've never had a positive customer service experience while shopping here. I'm never greeted, just stared at as I enter the store. & I'm literally the ONLY customer in the store!!! Then when they finally say something to me, it's just "do you need help?" What happened to customer service?! Engaging and interacting with them. A store can be great, but when the employees aren't, it just kills it!
