I cannot comment on the quality of work here because I didn't get past the first phone call. I had a wedding to attend as a guest and decided I didn't totally feel like doing my own hair as I was driving home from work. So I figured I'd call around and if the slim chance that the stars aligned and somewhere had an opening to get me in as a walk in, great! I called Studio 1, she answered cheerful enough. I asked in an "it's a slim chance" tone if they would be able to get me in for an updo in 25 minutes. She proceeded to laugh at me and say "Im sorry, but that's laughable" in a belittling way - at least that's how it was received. Im aware it's a slim chance, but a simple, "Im sorry, we are booked" would suffice. Maybe its a slow day or a cancellation happened. I ask for the world to be a bit kinder and expected a more professional response from the industry. I wasn't aware asking if a stylist happened to be available in 25 minutes to get an updo done was that ridiculous of a question. We aren't all in "the industry" to know these things.

Found this address listen on this particular Instagram page: This woman claims that you can achieve Russian lips look with lip pen (needless filler). What a scammer. After I tried explain to her that it cannot be done needlessly she just blocked my account. Customer please be aware and do better research otherwise you'll end up having brutal reality and will spend so much more money fixing it . Attaching screenshots of Instagram and messages:
