I went in with a very matted Labradoodle because no one would groom him because he kept biting them. Stacy did a fantastic job now he’s back to normal. Thank you very much.

waste of money take your pet somewhere else and don’t traumatize your dog. They cut my dogs arm so bad i had to take her to the vet. She didn’t want to come out of her dog house for days. They removed my first review that I posted the day of.

Tom my kitty to have her nails clipped. Could not have been more pleased. They were so kind and accommodating. They were two other people with me with pets and said they would come back definitely to bring their pets. Thank you so much for taking such good care.of Chloe!!

This is a business who puts integrity and customer service first (along with caring for the animals and high quality service!). I had made an appointment to get my cat groomed and when I brought him in, I was informed that his nails would need to be cut all the way back. This didn't work for him as he is and indoor/outdoor senior cat that has hyperthyroid, so having his nails to defend himself is important. I completely understand why cutting the nails are important for safety of the groomer, but had I known I would have never made the appointment. I declined the service and I called a couple days later to see if I could get a partial refund of my deposit, since there had been a lack of information given to me when I booked and the owner gave me a FULL refund. This was NOT expected and truly appreciated. If I had a dog, I would totally bring them here and if you have a cat that it doesn't matter if their nails get cut back fully, then this is the place for you!

Awesome job on my dog and un like Colleen at that other place loveable pet styles no one tried to bomb bard me with nudes and vids and then home wreck me that lady is horrible but these people are awesome though definitely go with them not LPS

Stacy is a excellent groomer and person! Misty is also a great person.. i worked with both of them for about 10 years at Sunshine Pet Center..I now work from my own home shop!

We have been bringing our wired haired dachshund here for years! They are amazing! Always kind and patient with our now senior pup! He knows as soon as we make the turn where he is going and he does the happiest dance! When he has had issues with needing hygiene cuts they always help me out! Fair pricing and humane conditions keep us coming back and referring to all of our friends! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Called last week for an appointment, spoke to a male employee, he booked my appointment for today, Friday March 19 at 12. This was confirmed. I'm a night shift nurse so my dad took him in for me. When I woke up around 2pm my dad informed me that the women at the shop said there was no appointment for my dog but they "remember the name" and would try to "squeeze him in" I have a large golden retriever and he is not crate trained because he doesn't need to be and I assume he was placed in a kennel until they decided to see him. At 4pm I finally called to find out if he was done. At this time whoever answered the phone told me they had not started on "her" and they needed another 90 minutes with "her" to which I responded I would come get HIM (because he's a boy) instead. It was evident they weren't planning on taking care of him today. They're hours so they close at 5pm and they needed 90 minutes after 4pm and they had not even started? Then whoever I spoke to said that my appointment was actually for "next" Friday and she remembered speaking to me. False, never spoke to her, it was a male. I see great reviews and I'm sure there have been very satisfied clients but I cannot trust someone to groom my senior dog who is just going to leave him in a crate for hours and "get to it when they can". The "effort" was appreciated but I'll go somewhere else.

They know our dogs when we enter, always so friendly and even though our Yorkie moves around a lot he looks great when we pick him up, and my chi who doesn’t like being separated from me goes willingly.

They cut my dog while giving him his haircut and didn't bother to mention it- I had to discover it myself when it started bleeding that night. The haircut itself was pretty mediocre, and they left his nails ragged. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

Great Staff/Environment.The only issue is that they do not put your pets on a medication maintenance plan.Every time you go in, you have to pay, as if it’s your pets first visit.This gets old (and expensive) after several years.
