Love it here! I bring my dog (black lab) in here. They love her and give her treats. The dog food here is so good for my dog. I highly recommend Just Food For Dogs.I've never had any issues with parking either.

This just food for dogs location has been the best customer service so far! I definitely recommend this location for their customer service and knowledge. Two examples from this location; 1. I called and spoke to one of the girls and she was very patient with me about their delivery process, I had a million questions lol 2. There is another girl who is pretty funny that I can joke around with and is always super cool when I come in. I feel bad that I can't remember their names, but they are always very friendly whenever I pick up my pets food. I have been feeding my dogs Just Food for Dogs for 3 years and both of my dogs do really well on it. I have been working in the animal industry for 5 years and i truly do believe JFFD has the best fresh food out there so I recommend their food to veterinary clients, pet food reps, friends, & family.

It was my first time in there after purchasing a puppy from someone who was buying food from there. So I went in looking for his food and similar options. The lady was rude and unhelpful. I couldn’t even look at the food behind her with out her being worried about me being close to her.. Over priced and say they accept cash but didn’t have change

Took my dog here for routine bloodwork there was a lot of discrepancies in lab results and my dogs condition following the appointment that ultimately led to a hospitalization for my dog and a long recovery period after.

Went here for a senior check up for my 10 yr old Pom because I noticed he was acting weird. They said everything was fine he seemed healthy and ran a senior blood panel and did a fecal and urine test. They called me with the results and said everything was all clear but I was concerned and told them the spot on his neck where they took blood had a large dark bruise and they assured me it was fine and he was just getting older and that happens. Well this bruise spread to his whole chest and my dog ended up at the emergency vet basically dying and had to be hospitalized at an emergency specialist hospital for 4 days. He saw three different vets who all said they don't believe his blood work was all normal because when they saw him his platelets were almost non existent and his red and white blood cells were completely out of wack. Luckily are little guy survived and is doing much better now and is on prescriptions but it was very touch and go for about a week we were repeatedly told we could lose him at any moment. I called not just for paws to let them know what was going on and they were barely sympathetic and I never heard from them again, this experience completely negates my previous experience and had made me question the blood work they had previously checked on my other dog. I definitely will not be going back. Edit: forgot to add that during the visit he was prescribed medicine for a possible earache that they encouraged me to give him (earache was not confirmed because he never actually had one). So not only did they scam me they also had me give my pet an unnecessary prescription. This is seems so unethical. Comment response: Hi Stephen, not sure how you would be able to look it up with out a date, last name or pet name. Seems like your comment was aimed at discrediting rather than helping either that or the incompetence is far greater that I realized. We have a new vet and I am not looking to be contacted by this vet unless it's reimbursement as I ended up spending well over $6k for the treatment that followed our visit at Not Just 4 Paws. Because I care about animals and I think you should review the case so this doesn't happen again to anymore innocent pets I will give you the info to look it up. The appointment was on Oct. 18th (I just finally had time to write the review) and my pets name is Ryder. I added a photo from the paperwork that was emailed over to me for your reference, somehow you guys even incorrectly entered his birthday on his paperwork even though I wrote it correctly and it was correct on the proof of vaccines I provided. It starts with the small things....

We love this vet so much! It's very easy to get an appointment by phone or in the app. The front desk employees are always very attentive & we've never had to wait very long. Every time I've gone, even the patrons in the waiting room are just the friendliest, neighborly people! We originally brought our dog in because we had just moved to the area & she was itchy plus licking her paws. The vet was very kind & made lots of different recommendations for possible allergies; she was upfront about cost of each option, so we didn't feel pressured about our choices. We will continue to bring our pup here for her yearly shots & checkups!

In the current environment, it's extremely difficult to get a same day appointment for an urgent matter, even at an emergency hospital. I appreciate that the staff at Not Just 4 Paws always does their best to get my pets and the dogs in our rescue in as quickly as possible. They do a great job. Prices are fair - not the cheapest or the most expensive. They have really helped a lot of our dogs and it's appreciated.

The whole staff is awesome ..Shalee was wonderful and a great vet tech who really cares , Dr Hall watched over Zeus as well....they really took care of my boy.. FIVE STARS for your amazing service...

Want to give a shout out to the awesome staff here. I brought my sick alpaca in. They took her in immediately. No crazy charges for bringing her in without an appointment. Took good care of my girl. Thank you for trying to help our sweet girl Irene.

Took dog in for dental today and called for an explanation of the actual cost of the invoice compared to the estimate. I was shock and disbelief, and actually took some time when I got home and did an actual comparison. Several things were charged that weren't listed on estimate. Called to get an explanation and understand why there were so many glaring differences. Tried to express the frustration of the customers side, knowing the dog needs treatment and having the invoice not reflect the estimate. By the end of the call, the vet tech was going to end my call, insinuating I was claiming they were hurting the animals or doing something wrong. She was going to have the office manager call. I want to understand the drastic differences on why the two items looks so different, and expressed "this is why people don't take care of their pets". I have taken all my pets to Not Just 4 Paws since I moved to the area in 1993, although it's now under new management, I still "trust" they care about the animals they serve. Just don't call with questions or ask for an explanation, because the tech can't handle the questions. Very disappointing. I added up the charges of the estimate, including the actual cost of the extractions and it came up to the "lowest cost" on the estimate. Someone help me to understand why questioning was accusing them of poor pup care? Huh? Stephen D. Checked my phone - there were no missed called from NJ4P 10 minutes after I spoke with tech. I only have the record of my call with the tech. No missed calls or messages. And just to be clear - the accusation of another vet doing something wrong - I have only taken my pets to NJ4P for the last 20+ years. So although I'm completely frustrated with the process yesterday, I didn't accuse NJ4P vet of doing something wrong. I am merely completely frustrated with the invoice vs estimate process. If I felt NJ4P vets didn't care about the animals, mine wouldn't go there. It's unfortunate you felt the need to accuse someone else of wrong doing!
