Freezer broke right before Thanksgiving. It's only three years old. Because I hadn't ordered recently when I called these guys, they did nothing. Called another repair company and they could not fix it. The parts to fix it are not available. A few months later they had the gall to email me and ask me if I wanted to schedule a delivery. Where the hell and I supposed to put it all now that your freezer doesn't work? Complete scam.

We really appreciate the helpfulness of Tina Martin and the variety and quality of the food. The delivery drivers are always very helpful and courteous.

Meat is of good quality, but their calculation of how much we, as a family of five would need was way off and their supplementary delivery of meat too little to last the 8 month period they claim the food will last. The actual cost to feed my family was much higher than the numbers they provided us. Far better and far, far, cheaper to purchase your own freezer, purchase bulk meats from Costco and slice them up yourself. You can do it yourself for less than the interest alone that you will pay to this company.
