Top tier service! Not only was the flower arrangement soo beautiful which made the moment even more special, but their service was amazing! Their prices are reasonable and they do amazing work! Joseline was so sweet and kept me up to date with my flower order until they were delivered! Will definitely buy flowers from them again!

UPDATE!!My mother in law called me to tell me that another beautiful bouquet was delivered today, Jan 20 ❤️ You guys are amazing. I love your work and I will continue to purchase from your floral shop.Today, January 9, 2024, I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my in-laws for their birthdays. It was intended and SCHEDULED to be delivered on January 20, 2024 for their birthdays on 17th and 18th. Due to the fact that I was afraid no one was going to be home to receive it. To my surprise, my mother in law called to thank us for the beautiful bouquet of flowers they received, TODAY! ? I had no words. Even so, I still think you guys deserve 4* because you guys did an amazing job and the bouquet is full and so pretty.

The owner made a Gorgeous flower arrangement for my best friend and delivered it within an hour of my order being placed. Thank you! There was a $6.50 delivery fee despite being close by due to rising gas prices I was told, but I was happy to pay it.

Came in here looking for a last minute floral arrangement for a funeral and this place had excellent customer service and the prettiest premade arrangements!!! They also make same day arrangements as well, only need to give a head of time notice if looking for specific flowers which need to be ordered. Overall great experience!

The arrangement was beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed in the size of the arrangement. I paid for a "premium" arrangement, but the size looks like a standard arrangement. I also received a call from the shop asking to confirm my ballon selection because it didn't match the occasion so I'm grateful they caught that. This would have been a 5 star review if it wasn't for the size.

I received a Mother's Day arrangement with dead flowers and 3 roses that were not wired. This is a sorry excuse for flowers and customer service. Before I wrote this I emailed the owner who said it's the type of flower a stalk then don't use dead flowers and refusing a new arrangement speaks volumes to their customer service. Read all their yelps there is a bad pattern of crappy flower arrangements. I owned a florist I know quality this is not it. Shop elsewhere. I am also writing the floral services they are attach

Canyon Lake Flowers was/is amazing. In trying to order an arrangement for delivery, I was faced with some tech issues and a lot of anxiety.The staff made sure to work with me via text. They ensured I knew what to order, sent photos for arrangements, told me how to order, explained the delivery process, etc. They really eased my concerns.On top of it, they sent photos of the arrangement to let me know it arrived safely. We will definitely order again!
