I would love to give 0 stars and make a direct complaint, but Manny the owner has either ignored my messages or blocked my number. In April, he sold me a truck that he knew I was extremely elated about. I love old Toyotas, and it was perfect. He said it was from Nevada and the only issue was the filler neck. Great! I said okay let me go see it, I'll get it. I took my dad, but only to test drive it since I wasn't great at manual transmission at the time but wanted to get the truck anyway. Manny and I came to an agreement that he would sell it to me as is and I will pay the tags and taxes myself. I did, and came to find out that the entire frame is rotten. I haven't driven it often because I'm deathly afraid to drive it. It has harden spray foam in the frame, riveted metal planks onto the frame, and some parts aren't even connected anymore due to corrosion. I am lucky enough to have such a great professor in automotive class and we evaluate the truck and fix what we can because I really don't have extra money to do an entire frame change or buy a new one. On top of that, the entire thing was coated so there was no way for me to tell at the moment. I purchased the BADVIN report, and that's how I found out that Manny actually WAS aware of the rust, because he had made over 20 sales ads stating that there is a rust issue, but the last ad he had posted on his website, he took off that clause. I was able to find the archived sales records because of the Badvin report. I also found out that the truck is from New Hampshire, not Nevada, he never gave me a carfax for it. What would happen if the frame broke when I was driving my kids around? What about if that had happened to manny or a loved one? It's a shame that although manny is hiding behind an "as-is" sale, I can't imagine what the ethical standards of this company are? Take money from a 25 year old girl who is a full time student and employee, and give her a truck that is very very unsafe to drive and risk her life? I feel taken advantage of quite frankly. He was more than happy to give me the unsafe truck. I use my car every single day because I am either at work or school at any given time of the day pretty much, and I've had to use Ubers and borrow cars and ask for rides. I tried to drive the truck for some time but I drive too much to keep risking it, I can't afford a new one. I kept telling myself for so long that I just shouldn't say anything but I decided that this will be my attempt to keep other people safe who might end up buying an unsafe car from Manny.

Our car purchasing experience with Manny was great. We had a few hiccups with the title since we were an out of state buyer. He spend the time to get this situation corrected and we appreciate that. Highly recommend Canyon Car Company and Manny!

Had a wonderful experience with Canyon Car Company. Manny was extremely helpful with his knowledge of the car and was very accommodating to hold the car until I could pick it up. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We bought a used 2014 Audi Q7 from Manny and couldn't be happier with the deal we got. Very reasonably priced and Manny was very upfront about the car. There was no sales pressure whatsoever and the process was quick and easy.

We bought a used 2014 Audi Q7 from Manny and couldn't be happier with the deal we got. Very reasonably priced and Manny was very upfront about the car. There was no sales pressure whatsoever and the process was quick and easy. We've had the car for 2 months now and it's running like a champ. We got the license plates, registration, and title in a very timely manner. Highly recommend buying a car from Manny!

I bought a car out-of-state from Canyon Car Company, and the experience was first rate. Manny helped me through the process, was very friendly, and helped arrange pick up from a third party. I would buy again from Manny and Canyon Car Company in a heartbeat.

I started talking to Manny one week before my actual purchase. I have two Mercedes AMG cars. I have always loved the 2005 CL 65 AMG. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford one until now. I know the cars are quirky and extremely expensive to fix. I saw Canyon's advertisement indicating they had one with low miles in very good condition. Unlike many dealers today, the Canyon advertisement was extremely accurate. With the number of cars I've bought over the years, I've learned not to trust any car salesman, especially if I'm on one side of the country and they're on the other. Manny proved my jaundiced outlook to be wrong. He gave a complete history on this 15 year old classic. He dug up every history on the car he could find. Without asking, he eliminated some of the quirky repairs in advance to make sure the customer would be getting the best chance to be a satisfied customer. Even my car inspector gave him high marks because he uses a top quality service center to maintain his fleet of vehicles. Any questions that I asked him, he answered and I judge his answers to be honest. He even helped my vehicle transporter. My driver even said “Manny is first classâ€.

Husband's Review Whether you're looking for a new or used car or possibly a hard-to-find car, Canyon Car is the place to go. They're very friendly and work hard to get what you want. In addition, they don't have a lot of fees and will negotiate prices for you. I recently bought a 2018 Acura MDX from Canyon Car and they saved me a substantial amount over MSRP. Manny, the owner, negotiated with several dealers to get the car I wanted and saved me a ton of money. You might be able to negotiate the same price on your own but it will take a lot of time and stress. We all know how stressful auto dealers are. I would call Manny an auto broker before I call him an auto dealer. And I would definitely call him before I call an auto dealer. Manny will treat you like family, and not the shady uncle or cousin kind, but real family. Be prepared to have good conversations and have your first enjoyable car-buying experience.

EXCELLENT service. Manny is honest and made the process very easy and fast and isn't pushy at all compared to most car salesmen in the business. Highly recommend Canyon Car Company if you're in the market for a new car, you won't be disappointed. I drove over two hours each way to come get my new car and don't have any regrets. Thank you CCA!

Manny Patel, the new owner of canyon car company, is a really legitimate used car salesman. In my situation I purchased a 2005 BMW x5 4.8is with 70k miles on it. I assumed it was a well maintained vehicle because the inside and outside of the vehicle were in pristine condition. This was a mistake because a week later the car began to emit white smoke from the exhaust and the check engine light appeared. I had the car evaluated at a independent BMW repair shop and they informed me that the car was in need for repairs totaling $5k. I felt that Manny sold me a ticking time bomb at this point but technically I'm to blame for declining to have a PPI done on the car before purchasing. Credit to Manny though, through his timely and responsive communication, he resolved the issue and he almost bent over backwards to make me a truly satisfied customer once the situation was all said and done. I've never had such a positive experience from a used car sales company before.
