Brittney is absolutely horrible!!!! I’ve never been so disgusted In customer service before. I called last week to get my dog in for daycare and they let me know he needed to update his shots, so I took him in and got everything done. I called back today to schedule him for this coming Tuesday and Brittany said he needed to be reevaluated because he hasn’t been there in a year. I told her that no one told me that when I called the first time and that I’m leaving out of town for work tonight and won’t be home until Monday night. I asked her if there was any chance that my dog could get evaluated in the morning on Tuesday, because it usually only takes 15-20 minutes and then after he’s evaluated, if he could stay for daycare. Brittany said no… and when I asked her why she said because it’s policy and it’s stressful on the dog. I told her it’s stressful on the dog? I just need him to be evaluated and if everything’s good I will just leave and he can stay for daycare. I asked her if she could accommodate me since nobody told me that he needed to be reevaluated last week and all she did was argue with me and be extremely condescending. I asked to talk to the manager and of course she said she’s the manager. Then I asked to talk with the owner and of course she says the owner isn’t in until next week. I just couldn’t believe the Customer Service I was getting and how she treated me. I was obviously in a bind and I don’t think it is a big deal for him to just stay. He’s an awesome dog and they always gave him great report cards when I took him in before. I would love to hear back from the owner since Britney wouldn’t let me talk to her!!!

I love this place! They are very concerned with your pet having a good experience; therefore, all animal customers have an evaluation prior to intake to ensure a good experience!

Great crew working here! They are always attentive and truly care for the well-being of your furry kids. They even go so far as to group the dogs at playtime according to their disposition! Highly recommend this place!

I love Canyon Canines, I have never heard of anyone who has ever had a bad experience here. Our dogs need their nails clipped at least once a month and my dogs always needed to be muzzled until they started coming here. While waiting for our dogs you can see the other dogs interacting and playing together in their daycare area having a good time. I totally recommend this place for grooming or their daycare, you definitely will not be disappointed. I heard from others they have a webcam where you can keep an eye on your loved ones

Fine hair cut, but it was a shave, so its hard to tell, but my dog was happy. Place was clean and cute, and I like the hair cut chart.

How about zero stars you change my appointment twice and then call me and tell me you didn't realize you changed my appointment you got your head up your a** now my dog's gonna go without grooming again ridiculous I'll take her somewhere else thank you her name is MOV I I wanted you take her off your list cause I sure as hell ain't gonna be screwed again by you. Everything's a nice laughing ha ha who when you walked in there what a joke run by a bunch of idiots.

We love canyon canines. Lucy is so excited every time she goes. We love the daily report cards we get with pictures and updates on her friends got the day. The self wash station is so convenient after her stay.

I don’t review anything ? but this staff and their facility is awesome!! I had a really hard time finding a place where I could take my 2 pups, since they both have anxiety and one isn’t so friendly with others, but when they got there it was crazy how trusting they became of everyone there! They’re still anxious when the go, but when they leave, their tails are wagging and looking cute ☺️ thank you to the staff, you guys are so nice & patient!! This is a good picture of what they look like after their appointment!

I have brought my dog here a good handful of times. At first I loved the staff who helped me and accommodated my needs and what I wanted for my small maybe medium sized dog. But as of recently I noticed whenever I call to book a day stay or overnight boarding and they ask his name , I tell them and the time changes. Suddenly she puts me on "hold" to check the availability. Then she comes back On the line to tell mr he needs a jr suite when I asked for a basic kennel to sleep in overnight. It's more expensive! She then goes to say that my dog needs a he suite because he has high energy, and it would bd best for him to run around with some space. Umm excuse me? She then proceeds to tell me it's up to what's best for three staff to accomadate his needs! I'm the one paying for it. He plays in the open room during the day with other dogs. He's super friendly and not Aggresive whatsoever. At 7 or 8 when they close they leave anyways. No one is there to watch the dogs. What does it matter to her what kennel or concrete open spaces he's enclosed in?? This has happened a few times once I gave in anc upgraded it but when she implied it again I was dissappinted.. she said that's the only option sorry. Nothing else is Available. This place is already a fortune!! And how do I really know if he's even in that jr suite" that I've laid for? I can't ask my dogStaff is rude not happy with them anymore. Sadly dissapointing because all my dog looks forward to is playing with his buddies there.

I took my dog there because he hasn’t been around other dogs. The man who did the evaluation was great but when I went to pick up my dog after the first day the woman was vague and was passively aggressive about my dog. I asked about the ten day package and was basically told no. I asked if he could come back and was basically told no. I have no idea what happened but am extremely concerned because when she retrieved my dog he was in a crate and not with other dogs. I think I paid for my dog to be mistreated and this saddens me. He was to be introduced to other dogs. It’s really sad this woman couldn’t be direct with me. If they couldn’t deal with him then they are the problem and that means I should not have had to pay for their lack of skills.

Took Mochi to get a cut for the first time !!! I absolutely loved it here ! They gave us exactly what we wanted !! Thank you so much !! Definitely recommend this place !
