After having random unnecessary troubles with this bank and branch location over the years, today is convincing me to switch banks. It seems little effort is put in when you do not allow your atm to dispense cash when your branch is closed for COVID-19. We just....don't have access to our money??? Tried to call and leave a message but that feature is non existent as well as finding an email on your branch location website. This is the only bank I've used in my life and my relationship to it has always been distant, strange, and impersonal. Unfortunately, kind and friendly tellers is not enough to keep your patrons.

This bank and more specifically this branch is absolutely horrendous. The bank lacks efficiency and the employees have the inability nor the desire to get customers in and out in a timely manner. There has never been a situation where I have gone to this bank to withdraw money or cash a check and been able to to get out in less than 30 minutes. The bank manager specifically has zero interest in maintaining good rapport with customers and goes out her way to show that her “managerial tasks” are more important than the customers waiting in the lobby. This bank could be better run by a bunch of children and am sorry I ever trusted my money with them.

They can't help you if all you have is a prepaid card vs. An account. How can you go in a bank and open a prepaid account, then not be able to access your funds from there?

WARNING!!!! Hours are incorrect... lobby is not open on Saturday.. other than that they are a great bank and provide great service.

The hours posted online and on Google maps say they are open on Saturday, so I showed up today and the hours posted on the door say they're closed. Confusion is bad for business.
