I tried to enroll my 5 year old here for the summer, I spoke to Angie, the director, a couple weeks ago and she said there was space for my son and all I had to do was to call back confirming how many days he would be attending. I called the day after, she wasn't there so I left a message, no call back. I called the day after that, no answer. I called again, she wasn't there and the assistant director couldn't even help me out so I left a message again, no call back. I called several times and left a few messages, no call back. What got me upset was the last call I made, I spoke with someone asked for Angie saying I wanted to secure my sons spot and do the enrollment process, I was left on hold for over 10 minutes. I hung up thinking they forgot about me so I called right back and to my surprise no one answered! so I left a message and haven't received a call back to the day. Customer service is very poor, at least give the common courtesy of calling back or respond saying there isn't a space available or give some kind of excuse instead of not responding at all. This is concerning because if they already lack communication with parents in the beginning then I can only imagine how they lack communication in the classroom. Needless to say I ended up enrolling my son at another center. I do not recommend this place at all, very unprofessional.

I am totally disgusted at the customer service this school provided. We had a scheduled tour for today (which I moved my whole day at work) and decided to call the day of saying “we are cancelling, the call center doesn’t know what goes on in our school”. This is Angie the director saying this! You don’t throw your team under the bus like that in stating they don’t know what goes on. The call center is the number everyone is directed to when you dial the school; shouldn’t there be communication? Shouldn’t the director be better prepared to explain herself in a more professional manner than “the center doesn’t know what goes on in our school”. Not to mention the first person who called me kept avoiding the tour by saying your kid is 5 she will be going to kinder. I replied yes but I can have her enrolled while she starts school to which I was told “oh so you only going to have her here for 2 months”. I said yes and that I would really like to tour because I also have an almost 3 year old and just kept avoiding saying if kid was potty trained (I get that) which my child is. Then okay there is a waitlist for that and a waitlist for the summer program too all of a sudden. What happened to people wanting to work?? When I was trying to explain that I had moved my whole day at work to be able to make it and was going to ask how soon could I be seen next week I was totally cut off and hanged up on; disgusting! This person, the director should’ve expressed her sympathy in whatever confusion with their company scheduling us that might have occurred and offered to schedule and give the tour herself as soon as possible next week. Make the guest feel welcome and assured next appointment would be kept (2time this canceling happens) instead of saying the company doesn’t know what goes on in our school; pathetic! I can only imagine the care children get. Eerything happens for a reason and definitely not having my children there, definitely there are better schools. Staff and Director (Tutor Time @ Canyon Country) please please please prepare yourself, get some training on customer service and how to treat potential guests because your capability today only expresses the capability you have with children.

Tutor time was the biggest blessing during the COVID shut down. I decided to put my kindergartener in part time temporarily until schools opened back up, but due to the amazing learning and socialization outcome, I'm going to continue bringing him. My son adores miss Capri and miss Gurpeet. miss Angie has also been beyond helpful. I'm updated through out the day with pictures and lessons and it's very refreshing to see this especially during these tough times. Tutor time is worth every penny! Thank you!

Eerie feeling when walking in, also heard one of the teachers yelling at one of the little girls crying .. Director Angie isn't personable, some of the staff are mean to children... Beware!

Poor preparation for school. Our son struggled in Kindergarden last year, his Kindergarden teacher at the beginning of the school year said that he "had no academic foundation" and this is after 2 years at Tutor Time. We needed to work very hard to get him "the foundation" while at Kindergarden and he finished Kindergarden strong. If you are looking for an expensive day care, Tutor Time will be okay, it's safe and clean. But if you looking for more emphasis on academics and not play, then look elsewhere.

My child just finished pre-school in this school. I would like to give a special shout out to Ms. Sona who is very dedicated to her work as their teacher. The kids love her! ❤️

My 4 year old daughter attended TutorTime part time from October to May and I couldn't be happier. My daughter took some time to settle in however when she did she lit up and thrived in Mrs. Sitha's class. The extra interaction with children helped her social skills. She did very well attending home-day care and Tutor Time weekly. Unfortunately I could not afford to keep her at Tutor Time so she is now at the home-daycare full time. She is doing well and happy, she does mention TutorTime when she drives by shouting "that's my school" with a smile on her face. She likes to reflect on highlights that happened while she attended. I highly recommend families who are looking for a preschool with extra functionalities including infant care and drop off and pickups to and from school for their older children. Tutor Time does a great job keeping families aware and holding after school functions.

I am an Early Childhood Education major and I have had the opportunity of getting to do multiple observations in the last year at this school and I cannot say enough good things about this center. The teachers here are wonderful and well-qualified, the environment is developmentally-appropriate and when you see the staff with the children you see how much they really enjoy what they do. Cheryl, the Assistant Director has been beyond gracious in welcoming me to their school. All I can say is if I had a child currently, I would absolutely enroll them in this school.
