“I cannot say enough positive things about this fine establishment. If cigars are your thing, this place is the total package. When you first enter, you are met with a warm welcome by the store manager, Brian. Such a friendly and knowledgeable gentlemen. The selection is vast, from cigars to all of the tools. I had the opportunity to not only meet the owner, Javier, he actually sat down with me and indulged while we conversed for over an hour. What a gentleman and his cigar knowledge is beyond reproach. The cigar lounge is a spacious and calming atmosphere while the lounge members made me feel right at home. What a great place to relax, watch sports, and have some great conversations. I highly recommend patronizing this awesome business.”

“This place is a nice little smoke shop. The people have always been super nice. Their prices are about the same in most places but since it’s around the corner from my house sometimes I just go there instead of driving to another place. The only thing is there is another place if I want a cheaper price on some things. Another big thing they don’t have and should is spare parts to mods. They don’t have to have all parts to every mod but things that are universal like the tanks they don’t have the glass. So my wife broke the glass to her tank and they don’t carry spare parts so we would have to go all across town to get her a new one.”
“Oh, my Lord, the Menudo here, probably one of the best I’ve tried very small hole on the wall, they are not greedy with the ingredients, wow I must say, come on they are making handmade tortillas. Crazy so good.”
“One time ever at a cigar store and had a great experience. My friend suggested going here. He picked out our cigars and wow was it smooth clean and definitely got me relaxed. The couches were super comfortable. The owner was very nice and welcoming to all of us. The cigar was from Nicaragua. I would definitely love to go back again.”

“I love this place. What brought me here is that it's open late which is great for a night owl like me. Their menu is clear, selection well stocked, staff is super helpful and friendly but not overly friendly which i appreciate (you know when sometimes places are like too ??? and it's just like omg shut up and ring me up plz). For being SC, the prices are fair. Bonus: I find new vapes here before any where else.... Check the picture I got this thing in August...it's December and still going strong. It has a digital screen that tells u the battery life and juice level plus it has this boost option that's just great. I've been asking around and they are still the only place that stocks it.Pyne pod....get it at ideal culture. 35$ if I recall correctly but 100% worth the investment.”

Great service and selection. Like anything, prices are good and reasonable. My favorite is Padron "7000" Maduro" wrap. He also sells cigarettes, and other smoking products. His brother also owns similar store in Bakersfield.”

“FYI: NOT A VAPE SHOP, it seems Yelp will throw a vape shop label on any smoke shop but this place is clearly not. They have a couple bottles of naked juices but nothing else. If you need juice go somewhere else. Not worth the time.”

“I usually find brand that I want here but do not like that the prices charged seem to vary depending on who is working. After reading other reviews, apparently I am not the only person who this has happened to, but do not think it shows consideration for their customers to do this and wonder why it happens so often. To be fair, their prices do seem lower than most places with the exception of Rite-Aide,but Rite-Aide does not always have my brand in stock when I go there. It just would be nice to know how much I will be charged when I go there rather than having to wait and see what it will be when I check out. I have thought about trying one of their other locations but this is the one closest to where I live. I doubt that the prices change for them when they buy their merchandise but I guess anything is possible. Other than that, everyone who works here seem very nice. I guess I can try doing a google search before I go there next time and see if I can find a website that lists the prices for other smoke shops in the area for a comparison as well check with Rite-Aide to see if there is a sale going on and if they have what I need in stock. I would really prefer just for them to keep their prices consistent”

“I've been coming here for years. Good prices, customer loyalty system, great selection and overall good experience. Yes, sometimes the staff can be moody, but overall Ive never had a problem. I got some products that were either wrong or defective, and they replaced it for me without issue. They do take care of their loyal clientele. I'd say they're the best smoke / vape shop around.”
