I enjoy shopping here. The shop has a nice selection of papercrafting products. Lots of paper, dies, stamps, inks, paints, and tools. There is always at least 1 deeply discounted bundle of products from a featured line offered. The owner, Stacey Park, and the rest of her SMS crew are friendly and helpful.

First time ordering from them, never heard of them but the name came up in a scrapbook FB group. I checked them out. Granted limited amount available BUT they had what I needed, The New Tim Holtz Vault series. Placed another order from a competitor and received Made Simple 2 days prior than the order placed 5 days prior from the competitor who was 2 states over! Order was very well packaged, a handwritten thank you and a small hidden gem as well. I order a great deal online, increase your TH product line and you may just become a regular merchant! Highly recommend :)

Very disappointing and I told them after 2 years I would no longer order because I simple wasn't getting the items I ordered in a reasonable timeframe, including the items ordered under standard shipping. My "Ship when it ships "order arrived 9 months later and only a partial shipment. When I told them I would be cutting back, their response was to cancel ALL of my orders, including ones paid for, which is not what I asked them to do. The money was put back in my account. I asked for them "please advise the status..." My email was professional and not rude, but I felt their response was SO unprofessional. I will not longer recommend this store to my friends and I'll pay the extra couple of dollars and get the order within a week. I don't buy the 'mom and pops' image. If they have thousands of orders and can't ship, hire more people than the 20 or so they have. Bad business and poor customer service

In person shopping is so much nicer. We were welcomed by staff and she answered questions. The store has brands that I haven't seen elsewhere. They also carry reinkers, which can be hard to find.

Very Friendly staff that doesn't rush you on phone and makes it very clear that orders take about a month to fill & ship. I've spoken to two employees & the owner and they are all very nice, personable and make sure you understand shipping costs. Their prices were lower than anyone else on the Tim Holtz items I ordered and because the order reached $50 the Shipping was FREE!

I love Scrapbooking made simple. Stacy is upfront about her shipping times, her small staff. She goes out of her way to fix anything that goes wrong between your order date & delivery. Her prices & products are always the best she can do.

Stacey and SMS staff are fantastic. I faithfully watch Stacey's on-line classes which are 2 to 2/12 hours. She is very thorough as well as creative. A class of this quality would cost about $30 per session. Furthermore, upfront on her videos and web page, she explains shipping policy. Of course during the pandemic, there were longer waiting periods of shipping delays. Never did I think was being scammed. Her employees generous samples have enabled me to create beautiful cards.
