“Andy, the main guy at this location is so pleasant and so helpful. He helped me with my wedding invitations and made sure they get hand cancelled. He asked me to leave it and promised to do it that day, true enough he was able to do it and all my guests got their invitations without being torn or damaged by the post office machine. They do open kinda late (11am) but since it's less hectic here and Andy is so nice, I prefer going to this location, plus it's super close to where I live which makes it more convenient.”
“Since opening my online store , I have had no problems at all with my local post office and so long as none of my mail gets tampered with or stolen any more by the same thieves who pose as some kind of special cops lying about me to the post office workers so they can steal my mail and whatever money I should have through the mail coming via the post office ; so long as I receive all my mail from this point on I am giving a solid five star rating.....”

“This post office has always been good about getting back to me on any customer service I might need. Also Rebecca provided great customer service specifically and was very patient with a less then patient customer. I've heard stories of other horrible post office, im glad the sylmar branch and it's employees are my local ones!”

“It's a small office with with three windows. Most of the time two are open. Exception would be during holidays. Then I would see all three operating. There is a self serve kiosk which is available. Employees are friendly and professional.”
