They really take their time with each customer, being extremely patient with whatever the request or concern...and always maintain professionalism and kindness even when getting the unfair end of a disgruntled customer concern. I wanted to take the time to personally and genuinely thank them all, and the pharmacy team, for always having a pleasant and helpful attitude. Always accommodating and always professional, while maintaining empathy to customer anxieties/concerns/needs.
