“I stopped by this Hot Topic store while inside Valencia Town Center. My wife like a Hey Arnold shirt I got her from the store before so I came to see if they had anymore. When I walked inside, a worker greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I told her that I was just looking at their tshirts and she let me browse. They have a lot of different shirts like Dragon Ball, music artist and etc. I didn't see any Hey Arnold shirt so I didn't buy anything.”

Totally ridiculous, and inconvenient for anyone with kids BUT I was supper lucky that Vinni my cashier let her manager know she would need to help me to my car. “I am new to the Fabletics brand. However, last Saturday I bought five compress pants and four high impact sport bras and I must say I have been wearing them all week and I noticed that these pants have helped with heavy and tired legs as I am a older women. I felt so good that I have been able to gain mobility without pain in my legs. I was able to improve my steps daily and as yesterday I actually gained over 10,000 steps and 5 flights of stairs. I also see toning starting in my legs. I believe it's because of these pants because when I put a pair of shorts on my legs got heavy and tired again. I lady that help me was also great and very patient with all of the items I tired on to get the best fit for my body type being a larger lady. The value was get as I got a huge discount being a VIP member.”

“Popped into Foot Locker, it was crazy packed! The Holidays are just around the corner so it's to be expected! I was with my family and my son wanted to try on a shirt, we weren't to sure if they had fitting rooms or even if they did would they be available? As my son was to try the shirt, an employee asked if we would like a fitting room, I was so surprised it would be available. This employee is Vince we walked with him as he said he would need to unlock it. Before Vince left, he said if we needed anything to let him know. As I waited I saw Vince working the whole floor and once we were finished I noticed Vince was working with a customer; at the same time he managed to quickly ask if everything worked out... we said yes and thanked him for his help. We were checked out by Marlin. Marlin is super friendly and just as polite as can be!!The employees here are all very professional ,super knowledgeable and take pride in what they do! The store was very clean and so many items were on sale! I've never had a bad experience here! The employees get it, how to treat their customer base new or returning customers! Highly recommend shopping at this location! Please recognize great employees it is because of them too that we choose to shop here over and over again!”
“I ran into this store because some ties for a wedding went awry. The clerk asked if she could help me and then said, 'you're the mom. My manager will be right up. She has to do some computer magic and I'll get the ties.' Other than taking a bit of time for the manager to get to me, the snafu was corrected and a friends wedding was kind of saved. Unfortunately, two missing ties ended up with a third being the wrong color. So my advice would be, when picking up specialty products, double check you have the correct items in the correct color as well as size.”

“Went in with ny husband and it was empty. They had a lot of employees, but everyone was working, no one was standing around and/or gossiping and we were greeted several times by different people. In no way did they ignore, mistreat, or make us feel uncomfortable. We are part Hawaiian and very mixed with pretty much every race-- so not sure why there are reviews from people saying they are racist... we felt welcomed so idk. Maybe things have changed?Lots of good brands and prices are comparable to department stores and brand websites. Good place to go imho.”
